I have two pairs of Warby Parker reading glasses and love them both! I work a lot on my computer and added the blue light protection. I am a paying customer.

Love this brand, have had frames shipped to me which is fun experience and so easy to try out frames from home especially if you don’t live near a good glasses store. I’ve also been in stores, the staff is friendly and helpful and the glasses are great, so cute and easy price point.

Depending on the frame: the plastic or metal can feel cheap. I’ve had plastic glasses break in half.

I've been getting my glasses done at Warby Parker for the past 8 years! They have really cute chic styles and amazing customer service. Their lens warranty is also amazing!

The best pair of glasses I have worn, over the last 44 years! I really love the customer service. Although I purchased mine online a few years ago, twice I have dropped into a Warby Parker store and they have gladly cleaned and tightened my glasses at zero cost. That might seem like an easy thing but it honestly saves me so much trouble! I think their selection is very up-to-date, and the quality is superior to others in the same price bracket. I will definitely buy another pair in the future.

I have worn Warby frames for years and love the variety of fun looks to choose from. Their CX is pretty great--my last pair did not work out so well and the return/exchange process was quick and painless. I do wish they had a better program for repurposing old frames--there are many that I wish I could still use with my newest prescription!

I do love the brand and styles, but of course it comes with a hefty price tag. I can tell my Warby frames are better made than some of my cheaper glasses, but I do like having a larger selection of frames. However, the process for getting a pair of glasses from them is easy, and they are very friendly and helpful in their stores.
