Once we found Warby Parker our entire family started to wear these glasses. They have so many selections, and lots of colors, you can’t go wrong. It’s so easy to order and upload your prescription. Not to mention the cost is super affordable. I’ve never found any easier way to buy a pair of glasses and sunglasses too!

Their glasses are the best! I love that you get to try before you buy and the quality is really fantastic!

Could not supply new prescription lens for a current model ( Fletcher) I was told I need to buy frames and lens. My frames are perfect and rarely used. Not good customer relations when you are sent elsewhere for lens.

Great quality glasses and an easy process. I love that you can order trials to see which frame best suits your face. Great prices, too!

Quality has definitely gone down

Turnaround time is pretty good- they are flexible with returns. My only issue is that I wish more styles were available to try at home- I would have purchased a second pair but was unable to try in a store or at home so didn't want to deal with it.

Great glasses. Cheap enough you can buy a new pair every now and then. I have 2. Highly recommend.

I have one pair from them and it broke quickly, their designs are also tacky and ugly.

glasses are high quality and the ability to take old frames in to their stores for on the spot repairs is my favorite bit of it all. i’ve got multiple pairs from them and will definitely be shopping with them in the future.

I have been a warby parker daily wearer for a decade now and I have noticed that the glasses and lenses just don't hold up like they used to. That said they remain a great deal if you are still longing for the era of $4 Uber rides and VC subsidized assisted living for hispters in SF. I would like to see new trends in eyewear emerge. I hear if you get the trend right you can get yourself a nice house in the Hamptons

I purchased a pair of regular prescription glasses and a pair of prescription sunglasses from Warby Parker. Shipping was fairly quick and the price is good, but the glasses are what you pay for: not the greatest quality or fit.

Stylish, cost effective and a fun shopping experience.

I've been a Warby Parker customer since 2014, when I got a pair of the Percy's in blue. They became my go-to for glasses and I own several pairs. They're the OG's for at home try ons, and I love their customer service. Never had a bad experience with them and writing this is convincing me to go get a new pair. I will say I haven't loooooved the recent designs, but that's just personal preference and doesn't interfere with the company itself.

Wow, so I just had to buy a new pair of glasses a few months ago. Instead of going to my optometrists office, I decided to try Warby Parker. I would say they are pretty great. First off, the optometrist I was seeing was so far from my home, so by going to Warby Parker, I cut down 45 minutes of time and I liked her just as much. They have modern, stylish frames and I saw several styles that would fit my personal style. I only wish that when I picked up this wide frame, they would have recommended a smaller frame instead because they are a bit too loose for my face. The prescription itself is perfect though.

As someone who's worn glasses for over 30 years, it's really helpful that Warby Parker lets you try on so many different frames before settling on one. Also they're much more affordable then other designer brands.

Quality, sturdy frames, awesome customer service, decent pricing. Hubby & I both get our high Rx glasses from Warby Parker and LOVE them!
