I have purchased two kits for my grandson. The wood pieces are quality made products, but they are expensive. It would be nice to get coupons or earn points for each purchase. I do enjoy the emails for each month for my grandson. These emails list milestones for the month little ones are at as well as ideas to engage them. Customer service is awesome! Very responsive and helpful.

I’ve had two surgeries for colon cancer and was apprehensive using this product. I did check with oncologist and they gave me the ok to use. I add some almond milk to the mix and it’s not bad. I don’t care for hot drinks any more so I’ve been letting the drink cool down and having on ice. I just can’t afford to drink every day so I’m only having 2-3 times a week. I would recommend.

This product is great. It’s not harsh at all. I use a glass dispenser. The pods dissolve easily. Highly recommend.

I purchased a water container (steel). It works great, keeps water (ice) cold for a day. However I had a chip on the cap of the container. I gave a review and indicated that the cap was chipped. Waterdrop rep emailed me promptly and I now have a free replacement. Excellent customer service!
