  • Stylish, contemporary frame designs
  • Seamless home try-on experience
  • Helpful, knowledgeable staff
  • Durable, long-wearing options

Warby Parker earns strong reviews for stylish, flattering frames, an effortless buying experience (virtual and Home Try‑On), and consistently helpful in‑store service and adjustments. Reviews also flag recurring weaknesses: lenses that smudge and scratch easily, frames that loosen or feel flimsy, limited fit/size variety (especially narrow, wide, and low-bridge), and occasional prescription or complex-Rx fulfillment issues—plus some durability concerns and mixed feedback on Scout contacts.

  • Really like the home try on process. Good build quality lasted for a good while. Price is pretty good compared to traditional glasses stores. Of course there more affordable options but this is a perfect middle ground for people who want to try on glasses before buying and can’t get to a brick and mortar location.

  • LOVE Warby Parker. I have never had a bad experience. I've used their try-on program and purchased 5+ glasses from them, ranging from blue light to prescription. Their customer service is also unmatched and makes you feel like a real person.

  • I've been wearing Warby Parker glasses since 2018 and am very happy with their offerings. The customer service was exceptional when the coating on my lens degraded too quickly - they promptly shipped out a replacement pair of glasses to make sure I had something to wear. I like how they are constantly releasing new styles to keep up with modern fashions while retaining many classical designs.

I received a promotional email that said contact lenses would be offered but I don't see it on the Canadian website so I'm a little confused.

  • Great styles, helpful staff, average quality/build

    higher quality, sturdier frames

  • I thought they were great for the price, and I even bought a second pair. I wish I had purchased some with nose pads as they keep slipping on my nose. I loved being able to try them on at home, and their customer support in store and over the phone was great!

  • The glasses are good for the price point.

I feel like the quality could be a little better.

  • Overall, Warby makes buying glasses an incredibly streamlined experience; however, this definitely is a case of 'you get what you pay for'. For $90/95, the frames don't hold up beyond a year and even with the more premium lenses, they tend to get scratched pretty easily. I'd recommend Warby for buying a pair of 'trend' /'statement' glasses that you wear on occasion vs. the pair you'd wear everyday (unless, of course, you like getting new glasses every year).

Durability in the frames/lenses Variation in frame sizes - most of the shapes are too big for my face

  • Cutest glasses, great customer service, and fast shipping times. Can’t ask for much more!

  • I’ve been shopping warby parker for years and the product is solid quality and customer service is amazing. Biggest complaint is lack of new styles and premium materials.

  • Great CS experience, got an eye exam before my glasses and everything was a streamlined experience. Very quick shipping even during busy seasons, and excellent follow-up service for adjustments and such.

  • I've gotten exams done at warby parker as well as glasses several times. I love the variety of frames and everyone has always been helpful and nice when I take forever to pick frames. I prefer the instore experience over the online one because I like to see and try every single option lol. The exams have always been chill and worked great for me. They fill contacts prescriptions as well.

    More colorful glasses and lenses.

  • A wonderful customer experience top to bottom. Affordable and fashionable. I really feel like there’s something for everyone here!

  • I'm a Warby Parker fan for life. Got my first "adult" glasses through them almost 10 years ago. Went back recently to get a couple new sets and was still so thrilled with the experience. I went to an in-person store and loved the whole ambiance, but I've heard the at-home try-on is also a great experience. Super fast turn-around too, got my prescription pairs about a week after I ordered them. Will always buy from Warby!

  • I love the different styles of glasses and the ability to try them on at home. They are definitely less expensive then getting glasses at the doctor and typically have a larger variety. I will say that I don't think the quality is as good as other glasses I have had from the eye doctor but better quality then other online sites. The glasses just seem to smudge easier and not come as clean.

    Feedback

I wish the actual lenses were better quality because they seem very prone to smudges.

  • I had a good experience with employees and wore the glasses for a few years. For the price, though, I found the lack of face size options to be disappointing and the glasses were quite fragile - they ended up breaking.

    Feedback

More options for people with wide faces. I have a slightly wider face than average and even the "wide fit" men's glasses feel too small and smash the bridge of my nose. I know there are people out there with larger faces than mine and different nose shapes, so more width variety would be good.

  • Warby Parker is great for trendy glasses, and especially clutch during the pandemic because your can order a try-on-kit for free with 5 glasses to test at home and decide which is best for you. The customer service is super helpful as well - I had to text with them after my last pair broke after a month and they sent me a new one right away.

    Feedback

The plastic frames can be a little finicky - they break or scratch easily. For the price point, however, it makes sense. Warby also doesn't really repair broken or twisted frames, they'll just send you a new one which makes me nervous about the waste.

  • Great in person and online. The free try-on box was fun and convenient and the workers are very friendly and helpful.

  • Fantastic glasses and easy to use. I have 3 different glasses from WP and all have lasted me 3-5 years. For 2 of them, I tried them on at home but for the 3rd, it was in the middle of COVID and I'd recently shaved my head so I needed some opinions from people out of my household. I went to the store and the staff was incredible. They ran around the store bringing me more and more glasses until we narrowed it down to 2 options and then all of the staff in the store voted on which looked best. One of the best glasses buying experiences I've ever had!

  • I love Warby Parker! Over the years, I've owned 3 pairs of WP glasses and found them to be long-lasting and durable. The prices are very fair, even when paying out of pocket (without insurance). I like that you can try on glasses in-store or from home (WP has an app using virtual reality technology that enables at-home try ons).
