I have never ordered glasses anywhere else after my first experience with Warby Parker. Their selection was very modern and also had a range of styles. When the times comes to renew my prescription, I always order new "fun" frames but I always stick with my tried and true Keen style.

The whole process was quick and easy. However I had to handle the health insurance coverage myself vs other glasses stores will figure out your insurance for you and offer the frames based off of it.

I wanted some blue-light glasses that didn’t have the cheap-looking lens tint that so many have. The ones I got from Warby Parker are high-quality, stylish, and don’t have the weird tint! I love the website and the ability to test several frames and send them back. The only issue is that they don’t stay in place very well because the nose pads on the style I got are not adjustable. I had some success with softening the temples with hot water and bending them, but they didn’t bend as much as I would need to keep the glasses secure.

Have gotten multiple pairs of glasses + sunglasses via Warby. The prices are OK - sometimes I feel they're overpriced. The customer service has always been absolutely phenomenal though.

Warby Parker cuts through a lot of the upcharging in the eyewear industry. The sunglasses I purchased weren't cheap but the quality made them well worth it. Polarized lenses are very strong and great for very sunny days. Packaging is great as well with a quality glasses case and microfiber cloth.

I’ve purchased a few pairs of their glasses and I’ve always found them to be high quality for the price point. I have only ever purchased in store, though, so I can’t speak to the online try on experience.

I really love the quality, website experience, and variety. I treat myself to one new pair of glasses a year, and Warby Parker is the first site I visit due to their cost-friendly, luxurious options.

I love all the fun and unique frame options. I never wanted to wear glasses until I got my frames from Warby Parker. My frames have lasted almost 6 years with no obvious sign of wear.

I have two pairs of glasses and they have lasted me close to 10 years at this point. I love their mission and the quality is amazing. I also love that you can simply update your lenses but keep the frames for a significantly discounted price.

I have a pair of glasses that I purchased about 3 years ago, and I still use them regularly. Super easy experience; the in person try-on experience is great, all the staff are lovely and very helpful. And the actual ordering of the glasses is pretty seamless/quick.

Used to be the best. I feel like they haven’t really innovated on their designs in a while and they’re starting to fall out of fashion and become stale. Great prices and app though.

Quality glasses and sunglasses at really affordable prices. I love that you can take your glass into the store for a free re-sizing. The home try on actually works and gives you a real look at how the glasses would look on your face which I thought was pretty cool!

I love the mission of the brand and the quality of the frames. I feel the price is a little steep though.
