Reviews mention

  • Stylish, contemporary frame designs
  • Seamless home try-on experience
  • Helpful, knowledgeable staff
  • Durable, long-wearing options
  • Easily smudging, scratch-prone lenses
  • Loosening screws and hinges
  • Inconsistent fit for low bridges
  • Occasionally flimsy-feeling frames

Warby Parker earns strong reviews for stylish, flattering frames, an effortless buying experience (virtual and Home Try‑On), and consistently helpful in‑store service and adjustments. Reviews also flag recurring weaknesses: lenses that smudge and scratch easily, frames that loosen or feel flimsy, limited fit/size variety (especially narrow, wide, and low-bridge), and occasional prescription or complex-Rx fulfillment issues—plus some durability concerns and mixed feedback on Scout contacts.

  • I’ve purchased glasses from warby parker 3 years in a row. They hold up well and they look good. Plus, their customer service is top notch.

  • I love Warby Parker. I love their mission "For every pair purchased, a pair of glasses is distributed to someone in need. So far, that’s 10 million pairs and counting." You can try it on online, you can try it on in-store, and they will send you 5 frames to try on if there isn't a Warby Parker near you. If the glasses don't fit you can go to the store and they will mold it to your face. I have so many good things to say about Warby Parker!!

If you are on the fence just try before you buy I love Warby Parker and not to mention you are supporting a good cause! Can not recommend Warby Parker enough!!

  • Easiest experience. Stores my prescription, so I click when I lose a pair. I only order my glasses and sunglasses from here. High quality and affordable enough to have multiple pairs.

  • Lovely experience. The staff are very patient and will help you out with deciding a design. The glasses take a while to make, but they are worth the wait. Durable design. There is a wide array of styles so there is something for everyone. After you get your glasses, you still have their support for things such as microfiber cloths and replacing the silicone on the nose bridge.

Takes a while to get the glasses. Can get expensive for people with bad eye sight.

  • I've been buying my glasses from Warby Parker for years. I love the quality and the try-before-you-buy option. I've tried several other glasses companies and Warby Parker is the one I always come back to - to buy new glasses. I've had a few pairs of glasses from them for several years.

If you are seriously considering this brand to buy glasses - go find a store close to you. I personally prefer the in-person experience when it comes to shopping for glasses.

  • Great glasses at a good price. Service is always top notch.

Wished that they would have more asian-fit glasses with higher nosebridges!

    Works for Warby Parker
  • Good quality and affordable glasses! I buy my glasses online and the virtual try-on combined with the home try-on make it super easy for me to pick my glasses. Their pricing is also more transparent than my local optical shops which I appreciate. They also offer adjustments in store and free lens replacement if you scratch them within a year, which I haven’t had to use yet!

  • Good for cheap glasses, but it's difficult for them to do more complicated orders. My eyes have different focal points, and these glasses do not work for that. But otherwise, good quality for the price.

  • Recently it was my first time getting glasses. I visited the Warby Parker store and the customer support was terrific. Workers were able to help me pick the right glasses for me that went well with my facial features. I have had my glasses for months now; they are excellent quality and feel great.

  • I've been a loyal Warby Parker customer since 2011. As someone with a verrry high eyewear prescription, I appreciate that Warby Parker has so many options for my face shape and prescription.

  • Love that I can get glasses at an affordable pricepoint! I also love that i can schedule an eye exam online

I love my glasses, but I will admit that they are a bit more flimsy than some other bigger brands.

  • I adore this brand and their glasses stand the test of time (I've had mine for 5 years). I love the look and feel of their stores, the breadth of selection and most of all, that you can go in any store and get your glasses/sunglasses tightened.

    Perhaps pricepoint?

  • I like my glasses, they look good and are reasonably priced. I had a delivery issue and eventually they sent me two pairs of glasses instead of one which is sweet!

  • I love my Warby Parker’s! They do stretch out a lot but it is nice to be able to go in the store and have them adjust. I love the styles

  • Love, love, love Warby Parker. The frames are super cute and affordable. I love how I can try on a few frames before committing. I'm also fortunate to have a store nearby where I can consult with the onsite optometrist, get my glasses adjusted and try out new frames. There's really no need to spend $100s on eye glasses anymore!

  • Just got new prescriptions from Warby Parker! I found it quick and easy to find a pair I like and received it at home about a week later.

    Feedback

    More styles for smaller faces.

  • I've ordered from Warby Parker a few times in the last 7 years and you can't beat their pricing or customer service.

    they're great!

  • Warby Parker is perfect in every way. Stylish, affordable, convenient, durable (I've had mine going on 3+ years), modern but classy, and the list goes on. The store and app experience is great, and the at home try on is so ideal. I wish a lot more brands would do something similar, honestly.

    Feedback

The only thing I could nitpick is that Warby Parker's styles are often very similar to one another. Not a bad thing, but sometimes there's a lack of variety for what you're looking for. I guess it greatly depends on the style frame you want.

  • the online consultation and at-home try-on process was interesting and very convenient, however, the frame was too light and felt cheap. My eye doctor also didn't recommend it due to the quality.
