I love my warby glasses!! A great price point and business model.

Warby Parker has the best styles and best in person AND online shopping experience. In stores, everyone is always so helpful and they don’t rush you if you want to try on multiple glasses. I also love how you can get your glasses readjusted for free whenever you want. The online try before you buy service is also really great. And ofc glasses quality is great.

I like Warby Parker! I like the in store experience and how they also give you an option for doing things completely from your phone/app if wanted. That being said, I wish there were more low bridge fit glasses to fit my face. Also, it feels a little bit overpriced if you are just getting plastic frames. There are other, cheaper, fully online places out there with more reasonable prices for frames if you are looking for simple glasses.

great glasses and good customer service.

We were looking for a pair of glasses for my husband. We tried 5 different pairs to be shipped to the house and none of them fit his face correctly. We ended up going to a local retail store to try on more as there is no local WP store near us. We liked the experience of being able to not leave home to try them on, but unfortunately none worked this time. We've used them in the past, but we were never reimbursed by our insurance company and had to pay for the whole set of glasses out of pocket and those glasses didn't fit him correctly either. The process was easy and the quality of the frames we got before was nice.

The process was easy through the app, and it was fun testing frames on at home. I just wish they had more color variety.

Love my WP glasses! They're classic and timeless.

I’ve gotten sunglasses from Warby. Absolutely love them. Great style and quality for a reasonable price.

I have only tried their sunglasses, non-prescription. In general, the fit is good, especially for someone who considered to have a wide head. The style is nice too, the pair is a few years old and still go well with my current wardrobe.

I've used both their glasses for prescription and sunglasses. I love the fit and style and the customer service is 10/10.

Decent frames at a much lower price than other brands. They also have excellent customer service & make it easy to find the best pair of glasses.

I have a WP store in my city so I haven’t used the home try on program , but their glasses are really good quality and very affordable! Tons of attractive styles and the staff at the store is really helpful. It’s the only place we buy glasses.

Warby Parker is such a great and stylish experience for buying glasses. I have a prism lens prescription and they made it very simple to buy new glasses and sunglasses to wear daily. The price was on the lower end of what I'd expect to pay for a complicated prescription, and the frames are gorgeous. I always get compliments! They also ship pretty quickly, which is great since no one wants to wait on much-needed glasses! My only grievance is that I was told that they do not replace the lenses in their glasses if your prescription changes, which felt like a waste since I had to buy 2 new pairs of glasses (one was the same frame design!) when I had just bought 2 pairs a year earlier.

Affordable glasses and I love that they offer free try-ons at home! The app also lets you virtually try on glasses which actually works pretty well!
