After 2 pairs of warby parker glasses, I will not be purchasing a third. They stretch out, scratch easily and there is no eyeglass shop to go to for repairs!

The glasses online order and try-on process was smooth and easy but I was disappointed that they were missing a good portion of glasses from their try-on inventory. I also went in store to get my PD measured which went smoothly and staff were very kind. The frames are very durable and I find the lens quality comparable to any lab used by LensCrafters or a big box store.

Quality glasses and store experience. I have a pair of blue light-filtering glasses and a pair of sunglasses. Both purchased in person at their retail store. The store is a fun experience and staff is very helpful. They offer fittings to make sure they are sitting just right.

I cant recommend thé home try-on kit enough. The whole process of picking out what to try on, sending them back, and making the final purchase was so easy and convient!

They have a great selection, and even have frames that are meant for the bridges. As an Asian woman who does not have a high his nose bridge, I really like their glasses with this option! more frames for low bridges, though, as some of them are not my taste… Otherwise, they have really good customer service and their stores. If you have one near, you are staffed with pretty knowledgeable people!

Tons of options! Love that you can order 5 samples to try on. Their sunglasses options are great, but I really love the abundant eye glass options Their customer service is great too and they’re quick to complete your prescription and get your glasses to you quick. I gave two pairs and love them both!

Holy Moly I LOVE warby parker glasses! I was in the market for a new pair of glasses at an affordable prices and warby parker showed up. The brand looks like it would be expensive but most pairs of glasses actually start at only $95. I got blue light lenses and paid a bit extra to make my lenses thinner since I'm blind as a bat, but the price was still cheaper than any other glasses store I've been too. The quality is amazing and customer service is out of this world. I will definitely be buying my glasses from warby parker from here on out.

I have had probably 5-6 pairs of glasses from Warby. They are comfortable and stylish. I always get compliments. Their customer service is incredible. So many locations that I often pop in to get my glasses tightened!

shopping for glasses was always dreadful as a kid. Warby makes it fun, and has something for everyone at a price point that makes way more sense to the average consumer. Customer service is forever unmatched-- any issues i have ever had (very few, very nit-picky) were resolved quickly and with a smile. Will never get my glasses anywhere else.

I got the STUNNING Chloe Sevigny frames for my bluelight glasses and they look awesome. WP is always worth the investment, especially with in-store support always available.
