I recently had the pleasure of trying out Warby Parker's eyewear and I must say that I am thoroughly impressed. The frames are stylish and modern, and the lenses are of high quality. I appreciate that they offer a home try-on program, which made it so easy to find the perfect pair of glasses. The customer service was excellent and the staff was very knowledgeable about their products. I highly recommend Warby Parker for anyone in need of eyewear. Their commitment to quality and customer satisfaction is truly outstanding.

The only place I buy frames! They're cute and affordable

Great product but could do with better service. I have a high prescription and found a frame that I really liked and asked for customer service support to see if the frame could in fact hold lenses at my prescription. Turned out it couldn’t and I haven’t worn it at all. Some expert advice would greatly elevate the experience of what’s already a great product!

The customer service representatives at my local Warby Parker store were very attentive. I also enjoyed the simplicity of the process. My only critique is that the glasses seem to stretch quite a bit and need to be readjusted often.

The best thing about this brand is you can try on 5 different frames at home for free. Choose 5 frames you like and they will mail them to you to choose which pair you like. They also give great discounts on the products they offer for first time buyers.

Went in on a whim to look at frames. Had a wonderful experience. The rep was so friendly, helpful and honest. She asked great questions to hone in on what I liked most. I ended up with an oxblood colored frame that I honestly would not have tried without her guidance.

Warby Parker provides a great in person and online experience for eye wear. In person, the stores have great customer service. I also ordered a try on box to my house and was impressed by the quality and selection. My pair of eyeglasses lasted a full year even with frequent drops.

Good experience receiving five frames in the mail and getting to pick my favorite. The glasses I received were good quality and well-designed but definitely a very expensive option. I think I will opt for a less expensive brand in the future.

I do love my glasses but they are a bit on the smudgy side. I haven't experienced glasses this smudgy ever, so I think that's something to keep in mind.

While Warby Parker has nice designs and at home try-on, I have found their lenses to be horrible quality. They are so scratched and scratch so easily, unfortunately, you get what you pay for here.

Glasses are affordable and they offer low fit glasses. For the price the lenses are not the best quality and other downside is measuring pid. It can be accurate which causes issues with overall quality. Customer service was great with replacement.

My shopping experience at the store was a 10/10! Easy to pick out frames and the ordering process was very fast and convenient! I love their after care services too. I went recently to get my frames re-adjusted and it was quick and easy.
