Great concept, very easy to browse, try and buy. Much more affordable than buying prescription glasses from the optometrist’s office. I wish I had tried Warby Parker years ago! I only buy prescription glasses and sunglasses from this brand over the past few years. As more competitors come out I would like to potentially see more variety and be able to home trial any pair, as last time I purchased not all pairs were available for this offer.

The frames are super stylish, and last a long time. I've used Warby Parker since they were online available on their website. I really enjoyed being able to try on testers before purchasing them. Now that I live in a major city where I can shop in-store, it's been great. The price of the glasses are on the higher end for the quality.

I love my frames from WP, they are always better quality than the cheaper online brands AND they take my insurance.

the only pair i purchased wore down pretty quickly, frames were peeling and the lenses were hard to wipe the smudges off of. will probably not repurchase from here as the glasses seemed kind of cheap

Love the try at home experience! Shop experience feels like any other optical shop - commercialised. Wished they could do lenses in 20mins like the Japanese brands do, then it'd be perfect for tourists!

They also have so many styles to choose from at an extremely affordable price compared to other glasses places.

Love the price. However, the glasses were cheaply made and the lens was difficult to clean. The plastic lens got dirty often and made it difficult to see.

I have the blue light, reflecting glasses and two different styles. I firmly believe that they actually work and reduce glare as well as eye strain. The process was seamless, and the customer service is always lovely both online and in store. High-quality lenses and great frames at a fraction of what a designer brand would cost. Totally worth it, I even recommended it to my mom who has prescription glasses and she’s very happy

High quality. Affordable. Stylish! Been wearing Warbys for about 6 years now and I have zero bad things to say about the product or the brand. Have had both plastic and wire frames from them and both have lasted for years upon years without breaking (and I’m not the most careful with them!) The variety of fits and styles they offer, fast shipping, the convenience of home try on, and the continual addition of new locations makes the whole customer experience so easy and enjoyable. Eye exams in store are also great!
