Warby Parker earns strong reviews for stylish, flattering frames, an effortless buying experience (virtual and Home Try‑On), and consistently helpful in‑store service and adjustments. Reviews also flag recurring weaknesses: lenses that smudge and scratch easily, frames that loosen or feel flimsy, limited fit/size variety (especially narrow, wide, and low-bridge), and occasional prescription or complex-Rx fulfillment issues—plus some durability concerns and mixed feedback on Scout contacts.

I have ordered multiple pairs of Warby Parker glasses online and in their stores. They offer a nice variety of styles and if you can't get to a store their virtual try-on is a great option. They also have great customer service and in store the employees I ordered from were very helpful. The cons are you can get similar glasses at a lower cost and they do require you to have an updated eye exam uploaded into their system. So go to the eye doctor prior to ordering. On the plus side they are cheaper than the options in your regular optometry office. If you just need readers though I would recommend going with cheaper options. I lose my readers all the time so they are expensive to replace. If you are good at keep track of your readers then go for it! You won't be disappointed.
Incredible customer service. Have been buying a pair a year since 2009. Best glasses for the price and appreciate the easy to use website. Anytime I’ve reached out to their customer service team on order issues, they’ve resolved it with the best support. Highly recommend

Warby Parker offers a decent range of eyeglasses at an affordable price point, making them accessible to many. While the quality to me was satisfactory, I wished the glasses had a more upscale appearance in their frames. Enhancing the aesthetic appeal could elevate the brand's overall image for those seeking a higher-end look
They have so many amazing styles that you can shop in store or online. Online, they have a feature where you can digitally try frames on which is super helpful. It was very easy to get my prescription from my eye doctor to Warby Parker and all the lenses have blue light protection too which is an added bonus! Much more affordable than a lot of alternatives, and cuter too!
I only get my glasses from here because it's stylish and affordable

I've tried a lot of different blue light glasses and nothing compares to these - quality, affordable, and light weight. I lost my first pair and was so bummed!!!
Really nice, got a bunch of compliments for wearing them so I was happy!

I am currently using their Scout contacts and they are solid for this price point. After my Hubble subscription expired, I was looking for a better alternative for inexpensive, daily contacts and came across Scout. Some pros include: 1. The case that the contacts come in - it comes in a hard plastic case that houses your months-worth of contacts. It's a small thing but Hubble would come in a paper/cardboard case that you could easily rip. 2. The contacts are positioned so that when you open it you don't have to go through the game of seeing if it is oriented the correct way and that you don't have to touch the inside of the contact (the part that touches your eye) 3. They do not dry out as easily as my Hubble contacts did. I've had these for maybe 6 months now and am very satisfied with the product.
My parents both use Warby Parker glasses. The trendy frames make my parents look fun. The customer service is great and I like that you can customize the tint of the lens.
I think the quality of frames are just fine. When I had a pair there was no option to shop by different sizes and I found so many of their frames too small for my head. It seems like that has potentially changed in recent times, which is great! The lenses themselves were pretty bad for me. After a year of wear, they had scratches all over them making them hard to see through (and also they looked bad because of it). I am by no means easy on my glasses, but as someone who wears glasses 24/7, I have never had a similar issue with lenses at a similar price point from other retailers. I applaud them for accessibility and bringing easier eyeglass options to the forefront, however, I do think you can find better quality with more customization elsewhere.
The styles are great, yeah. But if you don't live near a store or if you need to work with insurance, you're at a major disadvantage. The at-home try-on process is great, but when it comes to taking one's own measurements for the frames, I was really disappointed in my result. When I went for insurance coverage through my insurer, WP's documents got bounced back several times for missing key informaiton. Eventually, I ate the cost myself.
I’ve had a great experience with both the glasses and eye exams here! I have used their glasses for over 5 years and have never had an issue. The employees are always very nice and helpful.
Great ordering experience. Had my prescription from my doctor and was able to get new glasses all online.

Makes the whole experience of ordering glasses and contacts completely painless. Pretty good quality frames for the pricing.
They have a great home try on program to test out the frames. Good value with a bunch of cute styles!
