  • Stylish, contemporary frame designs
  • Seamless home try-on experience
  • Helpful, knowledgeable staff
  • Durable, long-wearing options
  • Easily smudging, scratch-prone lenses
  • Loosening screws and hinges
  • Inconsistent fit for low bridges

Warby Parker earns strong reviews for stylish, flattering frames, an effortless buying experience (virtual and Home Try‑On), and consistently helpful in‑store service and adjustments. Reviews also flag recurring weaknesses: lenses that smudge and scratch easily, frames that loosen or feel flimsy, limited fit/size variety (especially narrow, wide, and low-bridge), and occasional prescription or complex-Rx fulfillment issues—plus some durability concerns and mixed feedback on Scout contacts.

  • Didn’t end up getting a pair as I got Lasik instead but the try on was convenient and easy and the glasses were very cute!

  • Super accessible. Pretty good styles for a decent price and straight-forward purchase process. A lot of the stores are very cute. The one downside is a slight lack of fresh and interesting designs.

    More frequent and better designs.

  • Great brand experience, both in store and online. Really great customer service. And great style!

  • I've purchased at least 3 pairs of glasses from this brand over maybe 7 years and I've loved each one. I've visited multiple brick-and-mortar locations and at each one the associates are very attentive, knowledgeable, and helpful. I also love their mission statement and accessibility.

  • I’ve been a loyal customer for years and through many frames now. Their quality has always been solid and so affordable compared to competitors.

  • My partner recently got a eye exam and glasses through here and it was literally the best experience. The doctor took their time AND the glasses were extremely good quality.

    Nothing! Great experience

  • Loved the price point and amount of options. I have a flatter nose bridge so the low bridge options were great for me. Also, the ability to try pairs on at home is brilliant. Opening storefronts was a great idea, too.

  • Have purchased both in-store and on the website. Affordable and stylish eyewear whether you need prescription lenses or not. I have two pairs of sunglasses and prescription glasses from them and the quality is fantastic even after a year+ of wear. Customer service in-store and online was impeccable, and I didn’t feel like they were trying to upsell their glasses/add-ons. If you can’t get into a brick and mortar store, their virtual try-on is extremely helpful!

  • I purchased sunglasses here that I'm quite pleased with but I feel like $150 was a bit much for such a standard looking frame with so-so quality lenses. On one hand, I appreciate that they are much cheaper than anything designer, but on the other hand, I feel like their styles are a bit dated. Maybe its just the way I am particular about how prescription glasses look on my face, but I tried on about 15 frames and wasn't able to find a style that suited me. I ended up going to my optometrist and purchasing designer frames for 3x the price.

More styles suitable for someone with a high prescription.

  • Great customer service when you shop in store. Great return conditions. Trendy and fun colors and styles. Only hesitation is they do sometimes get loosened after some wear. Likely can bring them in to get tighted.

  • I like that my sunglasses from Warby are affordable, look stylish, and don't have obvious branding / logos on the frames. I also love the in-store experience -- customer service has been really solid any time I've visited and the photo booth in the South Congress Austin location is so fun.

  • I ordered glasses at Warby Parker during the pandemic using the app. The process was super easy and the tool to see how glasses worked on my face worked surprisingly well. The process was easy and I really like my frames!

    Feedback

    The lenses get dirty easily.

  • Been wearing these glasses for years. Fast shipping, easy to order, and cute styles.

More information about the difference between these lenses and lenses from my optometrist. My optometrist said Warburg Parker lenses are cheaper and not good for wearing long term.

  • have gone in person + shopped online; both have been very easy. I love the addition of the low-bridge frames to their line-up.

  • I've owned two pairs of Warby Parker glasses and they're great. The pair that I currently have has a modern design and works perfectly for my face shape. The employees at the store were really helpful in picking out the perfect glasses for me.

    Feedback

My first pair of Warby Parker glasses had scratches all over the lens, but I would wipe them with my shirt or anything that would help me to clean them.

  • I have had my Warby Parker glasses for about 2 years now and have loved them. The glasses are great quality at an extremely reasonable price. I also love that they send you a sample box to try on different styles before you commit to buying them.

  • I used to really think Warby Parker was the best in the early years. I've had three pairs to date and have been increasingly disappointed with how easily the lens scratch. I have since turned to other sources for my glasses.

  • I love Warby Parker. I love changing up my glasses often so I love how affordable and high quality they are.

  • I've tried to buy from Warby a bunch of times. The glasses are always just a little less perfect than I want them to be, and cost more than my readers would. Maybe if I needed a heavier prescription ... but for now, I don't feel like the investment is worth it.

I worry that I'll look like everyone else if I buy these glasses!
