I’ve had my warby Parker glasses for over 5 years and they’ve been great and sturdy.

High Quality glasses with out the high price! I really like the option to get glasses shipped to you to try-out for free, one of the nicest options. I have yet to go in-store but have used online several times for glasses. Overall high end look with out the high price at the Eye Doc

I've been using Warby Parker as my go-to destination for prescription eyewear for nearly a decade now. The only times I've gone back have been because I want to switch up the frame or my prescription had changed. A pair I bought 5 years ago developed loose hinges and torn up nose pads so I took it into the store for a spruce up. They replaced the nose pads, tightened the screws, and gave the lenses a good clean free of charge right away! They look and feel good as new.

Their products are affordable, their customer service is wonderful and easy to use and they offerings are robust. The moment I started to realize I needed glasses I went to Warby. I love that you know the customer experience you are going to receive at every Warby is going to be the same. The process is simple, the employees are nice and you receive a great product in the end. The cherry on top is if you dont end up loving them, you can return them risk free. If the lenses get scratched within a year of purchase, you can get them replaced for free. Its rare to have a brand that not only has a great product but an equally great customer experience.

Great for getting glasses with and old RX if you don’t have current vision insurance. I only use glasses to drive at night so does the job. Fit isn’t great for ppl with smaller faces/ heads. Had to take mine to an eye place in my town to have the ear part shaved down.

Super cute and on-trend frames with excellent try on at home program so you can see what frames fit you best before purchasing. Especially handy if you don't have a store near you! You can also take your glasses to any store and have them adjusted for free, and the staff is so friendly.

all of my glasses are from warby and have been since the brand's birth in 2010 (I'm a loyalist, what can I say!)—good quality for the price, tons of styles both classic and trendy, and great color options for frames

Purchased some prescription x blue light glasses from Warby a while back. Great price and better quality than the $300+ I dropped at the eye doctor for my original pair. Warby from here on out, although I do hope I can hang onto this pair for a while lol.
