I love my glasses. The customer service is wonderful

I love the glasses I purchased! They are a great quality and very stylish for the price point!

Quality glasses at a good price and helpful customer service, but they need to add more styles and a better online try on experience.

I'm not sure I can buy my glasses from anyone else, after having such posititve experinces with Warby Parker. I've gotten my last 3 pairs of glasses from WP and at least one eye exam in the last 5 years as well. Always a great experince in store OR online - as the customer service is unmatched. Not to mention that they seem to hit the sweet spot in pricing for glasses. High quality frames, with blue light protection and extra thick lenses for my terrible eyes, all under $200 bucks (before even applying insuance benefits). Staff in store are always 10/10 helpful, never pushy about making a purchase, and always willing to help (even if its because I'm on vacation and asking them to tighten my frames up). Online ordering is also a breeze, so quick to ship and easy to access customer support to resolve issues swiftly. I have also ordered contacts follow an in person exam, and felt that prices were on par with anywhere else i'd ordered. PLUS, the optometrist gave me a ton of samples - including the WP brand contacts too.

I have my favorite pair of warby’s that are sunglasses and they have easily became my favorite pair. Warby has such great styles and lens that you could literally put with any outfit.

I love how helpful they are! I have non-prescription sunglasses that I really like but which never quite fit. I brought them in for fitting and it was easy and quick and did exactly what I needed to make them fit well. I also like the sunglasses themselves a lot.

There’s a reason the Durand frames are a best seller! I love how universally flattering the shape is and the fact that they come in so many cute shades. I’m not even kidding when I say I have three pairs. Trust me, you’ll love them. And the best part about Warby Parker is the home try-on, which lets you find a pair you fall in love with before you buy.

i only wear WP eyeglasses. the ship fast, customer service is a++ and they wear really well.

Great customer service, cute styles that aren't overly trendy, and an easy, fun customer experience. The only downside is that the frames tend to stretch and lose shape more quickly than other brands I've tried, so I've needed to get more frequent adjustments. Also, they sell one hypoallergenic material, but it still makes my husband's skin react, so he stopped wearing glasses and only does contact lenses now.

I don't have prescription, but exclusively get my sunglasses from Warby Parker with the nonprescription options. Customer service is great, they always adjust my glasses for me, and love the options and prices. Can't recommend enough!!

My husband gets his glasses from Warby Parker and his first pair lasted over 6 years. He recently got a replacement pair and the experience was easy peasy and he received his glasses faster than promised. He is practically blind without glasses but we cannot beat the price SINCE his frames last so long. The staff is always friendly and the prices are great.

Love that they ship the try on frames to your house. I also order my contacts through them and have never had any issues. The customer service is always great and they've never made me hold longer than a few minutes. It's one of the few customer service lines you don't dread calling when you need help. Always a friendly voice on the other line.

I got all of my fave glasses from here! Sorry the review is short, but I don't really have much to say. Anyone can find a pair that fits their face, and there is a really reliable return and receive policy.

They have very cute options for glasses frames and they are easy to customize and order. Wish they were more affordable.

I actually love their frames and how easy it was to get an eye exam. They also send your your prescription. The at home try on is a really nice feature too.

Many, many pairs later they have never failed me. And Warby Parker stores are always great to tune up my glasses when needed.
