  • The glass bowl with the silicone cover is cute and feels good because it isn't cold or slippery like other glass bowls.

    Feedback

The bowl is too small and it's pretty expensive for what it is. Even if other glass bowls are a bit slippery, I'd rather use them because of the cost.

  • The coffee cups are beautiful and simple, and I get compliments whenever I carry them.

    Feedback

The outside gets a lot of condensation whenever I put anything cold in the cup, to the point that it’s dripping on the table or getting my hand pretty wet. And the material conducts heat such that if what you put in there is very hot, the cup also feels hot to the touch.

  • I love my tea mug from W&P. It's soft in the outside but sturdy, love it. Makes my afternoons better.

  • I really love the lunch bowls I've gotten from W&P. They've help up really well in the dishwasher with weekly use. A ceramic coffee cup broke the first day I got it, which was disappointing. The silicone around the ceramic cup does not protect against drops from even small distances.

I wish products were a little more durable!

  • I received a ceramic Porter as a gift after my mother heard me swooning over it at a local gift shop. It is the perfect size for a full salad or leftover dish and transports easily. I often find myself just using it as a bowl when I'm eating at home. The ceramic bowl makes it feel luxurious and chic. Bonus for washing well in the DW. I want all the different sizes now!

    Feedback

When it's washed in the DW a small pool of water collects between the silicone jacket and dish, I guess I don't need to was the silicone part though...

  • W&P has some of the sleekest packaging and looks gorgeous, but that seems to be just it. I have two products, the water bottle and the travel coffee mug, and while they look great, they have issues. The water bottle if it contains cold water, the outside produces condensation causing the bottle to be slippery. As for the travel coffee mug, the coffee does not stay warm in the mug compared to other brands.

    Bought myself
  • Meh, bought the round container hoping it would be a fashionable alternative to a lunch box, except it drips from every place possible and has to be kept upright at all times.

  • I bought one of the container sets which included two reusable bags, the lunch bowl, two glass containers, and salad dressing containers. I love each product that I purchased and always find myself reaching for these over my other containers. The glass bowls always stay sealed and fit the perfect serving size. Plus the silicone around them makes them feel studier and I can easily toss them in my bag. The lunch bowl is perfect to take on the go or for my premade meal in the fridge. It's just about the same size as my bowls at home, keeping serving size consistent across the board. W&P gets bonus points for dishwasher and microwave capabilities.

  • the ice trays are really nice with unique ice designs for cocktails; also easy to fill the tray without spilling water all over the place

  • Do not order the hot drinking bottle with lid. The lid goes right under your nose and makes your nose wet with condensation from the hot coffee. Ugh of course no customer service number which I’m sure is by design.

Better customer service and design of the lid

  • W&P makes some of the best "no brainer" food products out there! Like why was it so hard to find a ceramic to-go lunch bowl? or a wide mouth water bottle? or a really good ice cube mold for cocktails? W&P makes really stylish and equally functional products for food and drinks. I shattered one of my bottles unfortunately by dropping it onto the floor. That's the price you pay for glass products over plastic unfortunately. Just got to be more careful next time.

I would love to see instructions somewhere on how to recycle the product after it's end of life. I think they have a sustainable brand messaging but they could take the sustainable aspect even further.
