Let me begin by saying that the quality and feel of some of their items is superior to Lululemon. However, it’s some and I balance that with having VOURI on my clothes and being a walking billboard. It‘s a highly competitive market and the customer experience is important. That being said, I ordered a pair of shorts recently (only available online). I was notified by the SHOP app they use to track items that it had been delivered to my mailbox. I checked, it had not. Emails to support and was told ‘wait a few more days, the shipper sometimes completes delivery in the system before they actually deliver’ and ‘check around with neighbors to see if it was delivered to them’. Mindblown. So, the shipper is a bit sketchy to indicate delivery without doing so (does Amazon do this? no.) and I’m not paid to go around my neighborhood going door to door to try and find a package that was supposedly delivered to my mail box. A lot of emails back/forth. They asked I wait another few days to see if it showed up - it did not. They offered to resend another pair - I said no, I do not want to repeat this experience. Lululemon has their own tracking system and delivers to my front door. Poor first time customer experience. Then, today - Sunday - I thought I might get another pair of long pants I saw at the store. I looked online and on their website and read ‘open sundays 10 am’, showed up at 10 only to be told it was 11. The young sales woman said to me ‘you should look on google’ they may have the right hours of operation. So, it’s my responsibility to look at various sites and see if there is consensus on the time they open???? Seriously? Vuori clothing is not so differentiated than Lululemon’s and Lululemon beats them on the customer experience. Maybe they don’t care but they should. Their clothing isn’t really all that, unless you buy it for the VUORI on your clothing. If that makes you feel good, then god bless.

Sucks! Vuori five years ago was great! Vuori today sucks the material is so cheap it’s not worth the money. The material is itchy and the fit is awful. I am not sure what happened, but I am done with Vuori!

I had a terrible experience with customer service. I purchased my first pair of leggings using Afterpay, but then Vuori generated a separate order using my Google Pay without my consent. I tried desperately to understand what happened, but I couldn't get in touch with a customer service agent. Finally, after two days, I managed to reach someone. Unfortunately, the agent didn't listen to my concerns and, after I repeated myself, I noticed that his demeanor was unfriendly. Because of this experience, I will never order from this company again.

They seem very racist toward white people. They rarely even use white people in their ads. Also, the material they use feels itchy on my skin and I will probably have to toss these before the year ends.

Bought a shirt for my husband and he felt it was too tight on his thighs.

No other athletic wear brand compares in quality. The Sunday performance pants are my favorite pants and the ponto line is some of the most comfortable loungewear I own

HORRIBLE customer service. After only a month of wearing a pair of $130 pants - the seam on the zipper began to fall a part but Vuori will not take ownership of this and send us a replacement pair. They are making me, the customer, spend my time and effort to ship them back AND pay for the shipping - for a defective pair or pants that they created. So just know - if your Vuori clothes start to fall apart - Vuori will not be helpful. For the price we pay - it is horrible customer service

Every time I visit my hometown, my parents wear coordinating Vuori sets. I wasn't surprised but was indeed very delighted when they gifted me a pair of the performance joggers for my birthday this year! They are buttery soft, stretchy, flattering, and they're heavily in my weekly rotation. I will without a doubt buy another pair for myself, maybe with a matching zip-up to fit in when I'm staying with my parents. I'm very picky about textures and prefer to wear comfortable, soft clothes. These are a huge win for me! If you're a fan of the Align leggings from Lululemon (or were in a different era), these will probably be a favorite of yours as well! I feel like it's worth mentioning a similar caveat to their perfection- they do pill more than I'd like as a thick thigh girly. I had this same experience with the Align leggings. These kinds of fabric are SO soft that they're more delicate, too, but I feel like the wear and comfort I get out of the Vuori joggers is worth it. I'm willing to de-pill to keep them looking nice and hopefully get a good life out of these pants!

Incredible quality! They hold up after multiple washes and great styles. One of my most favorite brands. Love their Villa lounge wear.

I live in my Vuori joggers! Softest and most versatile piece of clothing. Great for every day, airport wear, and comfort casual.

I placed an order on September 2nd, it still hasn't been delivered. When I request a refund, I am sent a shipping confirmation with tracking that shows it came from China, went across America to San Diego, back across the country to customs(again) back across the country to San Diego and has been sitting there for weeks. The address is correct! I want my refund! Don't order from this website!! It's a SCAM, A RIP OFF!!

Vuori pants are perfect, whether you go for a run in the cold or staying indoors and doing some yoga. Their fabric is excellent and retains shape after numerous washes! Love them.

The shipment came about a week after I ordered it and all of the extra large items that I ordered were too big. Funny because they have some proprietary software. If you enter in your body type and dimensions that they will tell you which size fits you and I must be a large. Unfortunately, to try to exchange this was another problem. First, I entered the portal through the email confirmation that they sent and want to contact us page where I entered my email and it told me that it was not in the database. So that was a dead end and so I continued to look for a contact phone number on the website. I'm sure you're not surprised, no phone number listed. So I googled it and when I called I asked the customer service rep for an exchange, at that time I was told I would have to go to a store. , Indianapolis there's not even one close to my state. So I asked what I was supposed to do if I can't go to the store because there's not one around here and he said oh you'll just have to return it. What a joke. Do you think I'm going to go back and order some more clothes from you? It should never be this hard. My prediction... Unfortunately... There will be out of business within a year

Their clothes are absolutely fantastic. I couldn't recommend them enough—when it comes to their clothes. However, their customer service is beyond awful. I bought shorts that were a size too large. I have been trying to return them now for 4 days and their website won't let me complete the transaction and my multiple emails I've sent to them to their "support center" and their website have all gone unanswered. I could care less about the $98. I'm sure I'l eventually work this out. But in an era of instant responses from huge companies like Amazon, Vuori will literally go out of business if they keep behaving in this irresponsible fashion. Signed, Alan K

Very comfortable products. Love the tops with built in bra, if you are not large on top. Some pants so thin they don’t absorb sweat when exercising. I suppose you call this athleisure . Shipping takes ever too long and returns even worse. They need to giddy up in that regard

Wanted you all to know that I thought I found my dream athletic wear when I found your competitor, however, my life truly changed when my dear friend told me about this company. Once I bought my first outfit years before store had opened in Encinitas California, I was totally hooked. The product is top notch and I have an addiction for more cannot get enough. Last week I brought a few girlfriends into your Encinitas location and they also now are hooked. The customer service is top notch. Want to shout-out to Dina who was exceptional in every way, she also, offered a discount for my friends first time signing-up. Words do not express how exceptional Dina is. I happen to be hospitality and I know 5-star service when I see it. This with the product makes me feel like I'm receiving quality in everyway. My friend brought her dog, and she along with Dina's colleagues at store watched the dog while we tried on clothes, this would never happen anywhere in retail that I know and believe me I was born to shop. Each person was so friendly above and beyond! My friend and her sister were in Hawaii last week and stayed at the 5-star hotel Monakea Resort on Big Island and saw the Vuori line there they did not have the sizes they needed and we very bummed. My friend remembered me telling her about this line. The lady at store mentioned she cannot keep the line in stock it's so popular. As luck would have I asked her to go with me to see if the Encinitas Store when she returned from Hawaii. They had the size she wanted along with buying her sister the pair she could not get in Hawaii. She fell in love with the product. I’m the type of person that researches and orders to test products to find the one brand/sku I love and will order forever. Vuori Kore shorts are one of those products. Fits right, completely comfortable, much better than your typical gym/lounge short.
