The company shipped my order to an address that was miles away from the shipping address I gave them. When I sent them proof of both my address and the faulty location of the delivery address, they said that the order was correctly delivered, and they wouldn’t reship my order. The customer service is terrible, this company only cares about your sale and not about keeping a customer. DO NOT BUY FROM VITALY. There are plenty of other good emo brands, Ask & Embla has been amazing to me.

Vitally from a company, quality, and warranty viewpoint is a total joke. They offer their “lifetime warranty” for tarnishing and scratching, but will deny any claim based on, and in their own words: “discoloration or loss of shine over time is typically due to discoloring or oxidization, which falls under normal wear and tear and is not covered by our lifetime warranty.” Guess what!!! The quality of their products is so crappy you are going to have discoloration, scratches, and loss of shine. This warranty is a useless lie, and it shows the quality of the company and the products they produce.

I purchased the Riot in gold along with the Integer in gold back on January 4th 2025. I didn't wear it until March. I noticed in between the links was absent of the gold polished stainless steel. I tried to do a claim about this and denied me. They stated it's perfectly normal. Really? I thought they wouldn't lose color while being a lifetime warranty.
