Vitally from a company, quality, and warranty viewpoint is a total joke. They offer their “lifetime warranty” for tarnishing and scratching, but will deny any claim based on, and in their own words: “discoloration or loss of shine over time is typically due to discoloring or oxidization, which falls under normal wear and tear and is not covered by our lifetime warranty.” Guess what!!! The quality of their products is so crappy you are going to have discoloration, scratches, and loss of shine. This warranty is a useless lie, and it shows the quality of the company and the products they produce.

I had mine for 3 months and i wore it twice and I attempted using the Lifetime Warranty and it was denied for normal wear and tear. It basically came like that. They should just lower their prices because their not going to honor the warranty.
