  • I bought Venroy linen pants. After 5 gentle washes the linen began to breakdown. I complained to Venroy who denied any manufacturing fault. If venroy is happy to stand by expensive products which fall apart with optimal care then I recommend steering clear of all their products. Generally very poor quality. Very Disappointing in both the product and management of complaint. Would not buy again. Would never recommend.

  • I placed an order with Venroy on 20 May for approximately €475. More than three weeks later, my order still had not been dispatched. During this period, I received no proactive communication regarding the delay. I had to contact customer service multiple times to obtain an update. When I finally received a response, I was informed that my order was still being prepared by the warehouse team and would be dispatched “shortly.” However, no specific dispatch date was provided. I understand that businesses can experience periods of high demand, but waiting more than three weeks for an order to be dispatched - without proactive communication or a clear timeline - is disappointing, particularly from a premium-priced brand. My frustration is less about the delay itself and more about the lack of transparency and communication throughout the process. Based on this experience, the customer service has fallen well below what I would expect from a brand positioning itself in the premium market.

  • Buy the clothes (high quality, understated, classy), but don't buy the shoes (uncomfortable, but they aren't really a shoe brand).

  • DO NOT RECOMMEND! Terrible quality and terrible customer service. I bought a pair of jeans from them and they got discoloration spots after the first wash. I washed exactly as stated in the care label and emailed the brand and they told me it was my fault and there was nothing they could do about it. The jeans look so bad and can no longer wear them. You would expect better for a pair of $180 jeans. I really love their designs and was planning on purchasing a lot more from this brand but now they lost me as a customer.

  • Really disappointed with quality of their linen shorts . Holes appeared on the inside leg after only a couple of wears. The customer service implied that it was how I had cared for the product as linen was a delicate fabric. Yet I have linen shorts from Country Road and Academy brands that I have had for much longer and no issues . I will not buy from this brand ever again . They clearly do not stand behind their product nor do they pride themselves on customer service. As a customer I was made to feel awful.
