When I reached out to the brand about the packaging and loss of half the volume of spray bottle they never responded to me. 

I like the physical product. I purchased a spray bottle and refill. Except the packaging was not so secure and the bottle of spray had spilled about half the liquid 

Please note this is not a disinfecting spray - which is okay! It's an all-purpose cleaner (not disinfecting). Just pointing that out.

Hope to see more products from these guys! A very innovative company.

This is my all-time favorite all-purpose cleaner! The bottle is aluminum and refillable. Super sleek design, feels good in the hands. The name Veles comes from the Slavic god of earth and waters, which is superb branding as 97% of the cleaner is made from food waste. I will keep repurchasing as long as they are around.
