UrbanStems earns largely negative reviews: the brand disappoints on quality control and reliability, with many reports of wilted or dead flowers, short vase life, wrong or downgraded bouquets, missing vases/notes, and missed delivery dates that ruin time-sensitive occasions. A minority of reviews praise modern, distinctive arrangements, occasional on-time delivery, and helpful credits, but persistent inconsistencies and substitutions without consent make UrbanStems a risky choice for meaningful events.

Plants & Flowers

Double The Selene elevates any space with its starry night inspiration. Creamy white roses mingle with deep burgundy mums and calla lilies for a study in contrasts. Accents of blue delphinium and thistle add whimsical texture and height. This bouquet from UrbanStems delivers a sophisticated and enchanting floral experience.
