I love all of the cute clothing, the ethics of the company to be more sustainable, and knowing I’m able to afford the best quality materials for my babies sensitive skiin. Highly recommended this subscription, will note if you choose the used clothing I suggest to size up! Our experience has been great. Their customer service is so accommodating, easily accessible & understanding. I’m grateful for the ability to be kinder to the planet through using UpChoose :)

One of the best finds — UpChoose makes clothing my children easy, economical, and less wasteful. I tell all my mom friends this is the best option for kids clothing. 10/10 would recommend!

I love UpChoose for the sustainability aspect but also for saving me space and time. I have been using this service from birth to 2T and will continue using it as long as I can. Kids outgrow their clothing so quickly so I love that I don’t have to think about going shopping for a whole new wardrobe or offloading my gently used clothes to somebody else to make room! Everything is very high quality and the team is always helpful with putting together the perfect set for my little one. The receiving and return process is so simple you can tell they think about every detail. I also feel amazing knowing the clothing is going to another family who will love the clothes just as much as we did.

Cannot recommend enough this for anyone with littles that want to take handme downs to the next level. High quality product at an amazing price point and also extremely surprised and pleased with the customer support and customization offered. The team actually reads and incorporates all the feedback for the sets, so make sure you actually provide feedback and give them information about your specific child needs. For us our little one was more chunky at the beginning so certain brans were tight and later on he became long and skinny - each time the team made sure to adjust the sets accordingly! Bonus - it’s super fun to get the package and see the colorful and fun picks ❤️. I could not resist and kept one (which you can do for a small fee) Go get this to your friends! Would also make an amazing registry gift? E specially since in the first 9-12month of life kids grow fast and outgrow clothes so fast.

UpChoose helped so much during the first year of our baby’s life. We subscribed from day 1, and always appreciated the quality materials. We went with their preloved subscription and were amazed by how well maintained the items were. UpChoose introduced us to several brands that are now our favorites for our little one. And the price makes it a no brainer — for $29 per size bundle, we got so much value out of the subscription!

I'm so glad I found this service for my first baby. I didn't have to worry about getting enough clothes when my baby arrived and I don't have to worry about keeping up with new sizes. Their customer service is awesome and they'll do their best to make sure you have the right sizing at the right time. The clothes are also high quality and super soft and I love that you can customize the set to match your preferences. I would highly recommend using this service!

I've used Upchoose since my son was born in June 2022. I love everything about it! It's a wonderful way to give clothes a new life, prevent more waste, save space, and save money from constantly having to buy new clothes when they are quickly outgrown. My son is taller than a typical two-year-old, much closer to the size of an average three-year-old so we moved through sizes quite quickly. I love that you can exchange your pieces at any time but do wish that it could be a little bit more ala carte - some pieces just fit better than others so they can be worn longer. But you either need to return the whole shipment at the same time or purchase those pieces if you choose not to return them with the rest of the batch. I would love to be able to exchange a few without having to send back everything before I'm ready to. I do also wish that they would start carrying larger kid sizes too! I will be very sad when my son grows out of being able to wear the sizes they currently offer. Plus, I have an almost seven-year-old daughter that I would love to use this service for also.

I’ve been loving UpChoose for my baby. It’s so convenient and every item is high quality. My baby has grown so fast going from size newborn to 12-18 months in 7 months. UpChoose has been a lifesaver making sure I have the right sizes of quality clothing through each stage. Its great not having to buy expensive new outfits every couple of month to keep up with my baby’s growth!

The clothes they send are absolutely amazing. Super quality and adorable. I love that they are all organic cotton. The sets arrive promptly and I love that you get a set before returning the old one, so you are never out of clothes. I have only had small issues in the past, but they are super responsive and fix any problems immediately. I tell every expecting mother I know to sign up!

I love how cute the clothes from UpChoose are, and that they're from organic brands. I choose the Playful clothes and they always have fun patterns on them Returning the current size for the next size up is super easy, and I can change the shipping date if I need a different size sooner. I love that I'm not wasting money buying a bunch of clothes that she's immediately going to grow out of. By using UpChoose, I'm not stuck with a bunch of clothes sitting around my house that my baby can't fit into anymore.

We've been using UpChoose since August 2022 and it's been great! We have The Standard Preloved plan and have enjoyed the quality of the articles they send, everything is so soft and cute. I love that you can adjust your plan anytime if you'd like a bigger or smaller set. Along with the style and season you'd prefer, which we've done along the way! Communication has always been prompt. We will continue to use their services as our little on grows and highly recommend!

Beyond thrilled with this service!!! While I do love all these brands, I just simply can’t afford to buy a whole set of clothing, especially during this first year where every 2-3 months our baby girl needs a whole new set. So to find this service where 90% of her closet is now clean feels like such a blessing! I tell everyone about it and love that you can gift a month to new mamas! Their customer service is next level as well!

UpChoose delivers exactly what they promise and then some. We subscribe to the Mini, Preloved plan which is 12 items that are not "brand new". First of all, every single thing we have received has been in pristine, like new condition! I can't imagine how they could be in any better shape, they look unused! Our experience with every item and exchange has been seamless and simple. After the first few swaps we learned what we prefer and were able to leave the feedback, and our next set EXACTLY matched what we requested! Additionally, the bags the swaps come in are super easy to use, they provide everything including a little ziptie to ensure the bag stays closed! We initially went for the neutral clothing palate, but changed to Playful and we've been so delighted with each set! Really can't speak more highly of this service! The clothes alone are worth the bang for the buck, but the level of service is truly unmatched. If you're on the fence about this service, your expectations will be exceeded, and if there is anything that isn't working for you, they work their best to make it right! Even with the cheapest subscription, it's a truly premium experience and the best way to sustainable keep your baby clothed!

So happy we went with Upchoose for our first child. Took the guesswork out of what we needed in a new seasonal climate as first time parents. Customer service is awesome and the interaction feels really personal with customization availabilities and actually talking/texting with real people getting your order ready. As someone engaged in sustainability topics as a work background, it made sense to go with a subscription-based model and second hand gently used option for our fast growing baby! Outfits are so cute, You can adjust the timing when you need it (we needed to move up our next size a couple weeks early!), and it’s flexible (can cancel any time). Also keeps wardrobe fresh as we get SO excited to open the next package of curated clothes to see what cuteness is inside! Thank you Ali and team for choosing Loop for the shipping package. It’s not easy to be some of the first companies to take the leap with a reusable concept (also initial costs for you) but it’s so appreciated (no cardboard to deal with) and so easy to use with this subscription concept. UpChoose makes our lives so much easier. We do not have to think about constantly buying our son clothes or researching where to buy those clothes sustainably. They send us excellent quality and very cute clothes! The system of requesting a bigger size when the kid needs it works very well. I have also had an excellent experience messaging their customer service team.
