Hi Ranni, thanks for the review and your honest experience. On our toothpaste tubes, we transitioned to a more eco-friendly material compared to pretty much all other plastic tubes on the market as we optimized ours for recyclability. With this, the structure of the tube is slightly more "stiff" and a bit harder to squeeze the last drop. We recommend cutting the end of the tube and fishing for your last squeeze! Our out of stocks have definitely been challenging, trust me, i'm the founder :) Every day we're out of stock I struggle to know that our customers can't get the products they love. Tl;dr -> A little bit of an improvement over common brands of toothpaste. Packaging wastes product. Barely lasts a month. Can't keep anything that makes them worth buying over other brands in stock and seemingly poor brand decisions.

This is my favorite brand of toothpaste thus far. Classic over-the-counter brands guaranteed to be seen in Walmart never gave me a clean feeling or produced any results that made me want to continue them. Their tastes never helped, either lasting too long, being too strong, or having a weird texture that made it extremely unpleasant to continue using.

Twice does well. It's not a big step above the rest, but the taste of the Floride-free and Floride-containing one both aren't overwhelmingly strong to the point of pain, gave a clean feeling, and made my teeth appear slightly lighter in shade after continued and regular use. The texture was perfectly normal, too. 

However, I find it hard to stick to this brand. The packaging is somewhat wasteful, in that it's extremely tough to get leftover product out and leaving a ripped open bottle on the counter until the excessive leftovers is used up is inconvenient, it lasts barely over a month, and they are constantly out of stock. Specifically, out of stock of the items that make them stand out from the many other brands and worth paying a little more for. They've gone out of stock so many times that I'd think they'd have figured things out, but it doesn't seem like it. They're barely in stock at Walmart, and almost never online, so a subscription to them is pointless. It makes it hard to maintain trust and loyalty in the brand.

All three flavors are unique, subtle, and work so well. I swear my teeth are getting whiter!

I really liked the ingredient list with the exception of titanium dioxide which is banned by the European union for good reason, if they make a version that is floride and titanium dioxide free I would give it 5 stars.

This is my first time trying TWICE and so far I LOVE it! The Charcoal Icy mint taste is amazing :)

I agree with the other review on considering more sustainable packaging.

While it is difficult to assess how effective their "mouth-healthy vitamins" are, these are pleasant to brush with and have cute, petite packaging.

If possible, I'd love to see sustainable tubes for the toothpaste. 

I've been looking for a toothpaste that isn't minty for ages and this is perfect! 

new branding is stunning. the oral rinse is a game changer and best of all my kids like it (not that they're the demo - but its a great bonus)

Not feedback, but I'm curious to use some of the other products to see if those feel more different compared to the charcoal toothpaste...

BEAUTIFUL rebrand. Gorgeous on the shelf. So far I am enjoying the charcoal toothpaste, but doesn't feel wildly different to any other toothpaste brand as far as product goes, if I'm being honest. I love love love the giveback they do as a company though, and that in itself is enough for me to choose this over other brands as I know they are so intentional about what they do and how they are running the company.

I wish all of their products were at Target! 

I absolutely love TWICE. Their whitening pen has brightened my smile and the Immunity Rinse gives me a burst of energy whenever I use it. My boyfriend uses the toothpaste which I normally just grab for him from Target.

I love this brand! The yellow packaging not only is super high quality but brightens up my cosmetic shelf nicely! I love incorporating TWICE into my wellness routine each morning and night and just after a few weeks of using…. I can already see a difference! 

I wish the whitening gel was a little easier to apply - it's a little tough to get good coverage, and it feels like it doesn't stay on long enough. Also wish the immunity rinse was a little less concentrated - the recommended amount feels a little bit too small. 

Big, big fan of Twice. I'm a creature of habit and I haven't changed up my oral care routine for a long time - now that I've found Twice, I probably won't for another few years. So far I've tried their toothpase (eucalyptus mint - feels fresh and leaves my mouth feeling great), floss (fav floss I've ever used. grippy/easy to hold, doesn't fray), immunity rinse (really minty. like really. works great.), and whitening pen (does the job, but a little hard to apply).

Wondering if they'll come out with more flouride-free flavors! I loved the newsprint mailer but it was kind of a lot to see someone's mouth that big...

From the web experience to the packaging, every detail is super considered and beautifully executed. I purchased the flouride-free toothpaste, the rinse, and the floss and they've all exceeded my expectations. I've tried to find a more holistic, clean toothpaste and mouthwash for a long time and have tried countless toothpastes that either don't taste good (not strong enough or taste too much of baking soda) and there just isn't really a good mouthwash alternative that I've been able to find (listerine has discontinued their naturals line). I've already told my friends and family about twice—it's refreshing to see (and taste) such a clean, refreshing brand.

Keep improving on what they have already, really good base.

Reusable containers or packaging could be great.

Toothpaste really works - I've had fewer cavities, less sensitivity and enjoy the flavors.

Mouth rinse feels really good, but I'm not sure it's actually helping.

I think this is a cool product & it has some great ingredients... but at the end of the day it's just toothpaste. I haven't seen anything major that would make me seek this out to buy it over Crest or something in the store. Also the taste is subtle so definitely no need for a morning formula and night.

Subscription service with toothpaste that my kids and I love.  Good ingredients and taste.  Not much to say but good product. 

I loved the way my teeth felt after using Twice! The flavor was also different from what I'm used to with the traditional big brands but they tasted great.
