I'm on my second mattress from Tuft & Needle after upgrading to a larger bed. I purchased the Original mattress first, and this time purchased the Mint mattress. Both have been excellent. I also have the Original bed pillow, which has been a game changer for my sleep. I have to travel with it now because it's the only thing that I find comfortable!

More affordable than other similar brands. Super comfortable mattress. I’ve been using one for years and I’ve never thought about replacing with a different mattress

I agree with others who have said that the mattresses last ~3 years, but the price and comfort means I've repeatedly bought a new one each time the last one has "faded". I think we're currently on Tuft & Needle either number three or four. But the real seller for me in their lineup is their foam pillows. They are truly the best pillows I have ever tried, and will continue to buy again and again. So comfortable, but firm and supportive at the same time.

As a side sleeper, the king sized mattress I have it a little too firm, but it’s perfect for back sleepers.

Overall, I like our mattress! I do find it too soft at times, but I can't complain about the quality.

This is the best bed! Super comfortable bed that is both soft and firm. A pure memory foam bed can be too squishy, and a traditional spring bed can be too firm. Maybe it's ... goldilocks? The unboxing experience is also a real thrill. When you cut open the vacuum bag, the thing springs to life. Be sure not to miss it!

I bought my mattress based on my sister's recommendation. I had been living that spring mattress life and this was revolutionary in terms of comfort. If you are making that transition, you may find there is an adjustment period where your body gets used to this. I have had back pain for years and this mattress provides so much more support while still feeling soft and comfortable. I've had mine for at least 5 years now and it's still just as good. And I've since had two friends buy their own after sitting on mine and seeing how comfortable it is!

I have purchased two Tuft & Needle mattresses in the last nine years, and I will keep coming back because of the customer service. I ordered my first mattress in January 2015, and 2.5 years later, it was damaged because of flooding during a move. I called the company to ask if it was still safe to use and what they would recommend doing. I had just finished grad school and was moving to start my first job as a public school teacher. Tuft & Needle told me to toss the damaged mattress, sent me a brand new one and a care package to go with it. When I needed a new mattress following a different move in 2022, there was no question where I would return. The mattresses have all been comfortable and good quality, but the customer service is truly unmatched.
