I returned an order with tracking, and the parcel was confirmed delivered to the store weeks ago. Despite providing proof of delivery multiple times, I still haven’t received my refund. Customer service keeps delaying the case, claiming they cannot locate the return internally. Once a return is delivered, it is not the customer’s responsibility. Be aware that returning items to this shop may involve a long and uncertain refund process, even when delivery is documented. Unless you are sure that you are going to keep the purchase, I would like to warn you against buying from Tricot.
