I wanted to love these but sadly I find them absolutely disgusting. I don’t know which ingredient it is but it tastes off to me. Like something has fermented and gone rotten. I couldn’t finish it and sadly the box will be going in the bin. I never give 1 star but this is absolutely a 1 star product. Nice idea but terrible execution.

I purchased Toto Cookies after seeing repeated advertising and social media content emphasizing their soft, gooey texture. Unfortunately, the cookies I received were nothing like what was portrayed. Instead of being soft and gooey, they were firm, dry, and didn't taste fresh. At first, I thought I may have received a single defective box, so I checked the other boxes in my order by gently feeling the cookies through the unopened individual wrappers. They all felt similarly firm, suggesting this wasn't an isolated issue. The flavor itself was acceptable, but the stale-tasting texture was the biggest disappointment. When a company consistently markets a product as having a specific signature soft, gooey texture, customers should reasonably expect to receive something that closely resembles what is being advertised. I also reached out to customer service with a polite email explaining my experience and asking about the unexpected texture. I never received a response, which only added to my disappointment. It is unacceptable that my email explaining the situation was completely ignored. When a company heavily promotes a specific product experience, customers deserve both a product that matches those claims and responsive customer service when they reach out with legitimate concerns. Based on my experience, I can't recommend these cookies to anyone specifically looking for the soft, gooey texture prominently featured in their advertising. I personally hope I never have to eat a cookie like this again. I love the concept of a high protein cookie, but am very turned off by the adaptogenic features. Can we not try to do everything as a brand and just choose one cool distinctive? I'd buy into a healthier, higher protein cookie right from the get go. The taste and texture was not great, unlike other similarly packaged cookies I've had. I couldn't get over the fact that there were reishi mushrooms in it. I ate about half and couldn't finish the rest.

I would seriously rate the product zero stars, but zero stars wasn’t an option👎 False advertising…the “actual” cookie looks nothing like the packaging. It looks like a raw, unappetizing pancake. I literally had to close my eyes in order to taste the cookie and I was left as equally unimpressed as the presentation. Don’t buy it! I bought two and feel duped 😒
