Our Founding Story:
Three Ships set sail in 2017 with a chemical engineer named Laura and a business grad named Connie, in a humble apartment kitchen and only $4,000. We were frustrated with the state of the beauty industry - overpriced products, green-washing, misleading claims and millions of tons of plastic waste created every year. We knew there had to be a better way, so we set out to create the world’s most transparent, effective, and sustainable natural skincare.

Our products prove that great discoveries can be made with limited resources. And that a convoy of complicated products isn’t necessary when you use naturally- effective ones.

I've been using the retinol moisturizer and the balancing cleanser and really liking them! The moisturizer has a pump dispenser which I love and they've both been very gentle but still effective. 

I have dark under-eyes mainly caused by genetics, so I do not use any type of eyecare item to "get rid of it" because I cannot LOL But, like a lot of people, I still get puffiness or a visibly tired look after a restless night before.

I have tried under-eye masks before, so I was super excited to see Three Ships launch this product as one of the things that drew me too it was that the gel masks are dissolvable! This is thanks to the Red Algae Extract ingredient, which gives the mask a jelly texture that allows the mask to stick onto your skin as well as break down when you're finished.

These eye patches are a lifesaver for when I needed to do a video call for work or when I ended up having appointments in the morning. I thought my mirror was playing tricks because after leaving the masks on for about 15-20 minutes, I noticed my under-eye area looked less puffy and brighter, resulting in a more rested look.

I love that it came in a pack of 30 sets (60 individual patches). I left them inside my refrigerator for an extra cooling benefit (soooo refreshing during the California summer months!).

Now, for the exciting part - dissolving the masks! I placed mine in warm-hot water (though mine was slightly hot) and as the water cooled, the mask dissolved. I also didn't want to waste the water, so sometimes I would pour the water onto the grass outside or to water my succulents; from my own personal experience, my plants weren't negatively affected but it may differ for others... so proceed with much care when tossing out the water!

When I don't feel like waiting for the masks to dissolved in water, I would toss inside my kitchen trash or compost bin since they have humid and moist environments and the masks are most likely to dissolve overtime.

My skin is in paradise with their skincare! I have never had such soft glowing skin. Everything they have made, even their new eye cream is a must have and wonderfully delightful. My skin is now softer and more hydrated, every product is so lovely.

I have tried 5+ products from Three Ships and all of them have been amazing. I've definitely noticed an improvement in my dry skin!

If you're looking for a clean natural skincare line, there's really nothing you can beat at this price point, as simple as that, and with it going into target it's really convenient to pick up

Great natural products at a very affordable price.

Tried the Glow Serum and it felt so luxurious. On the higher price point, but my skin felt very hydrated.

I bought the Three Ships Discovery Kit which includes their PURIFY cleanser, SUPERFRUIT exfoliating mask, DEW DROPS vitamin C serum, and RADIANCE day cream. Okay, breakdown: 

RADIANCE was O-K. It felt a bit heavy and not very absorbing on my face (that feeling where it's like a product is just sitting on top of your skin).
**DEW DROPS serum I LOVED. I'm a big fan of serums, and I particularly stay away from vitamin C cream/moisturizers because they can cause me to break out, but I gave this a chance since it is a serum, and I really felt glowy, and would buy this separately! 
*PURIFY was a very basic cleanser, Aloe + Amino Acid - It does the job for a regular everyday cleanser, but it smells really nice. I didn't feel like it dried my skin out or anything.
*SUPERFRUIT is a really nice exfoliating mask. I actually prefer this one over some others that I've tried recently in the same type of "Instagram products" group - and this one was the nicest to my skin so far.

I would definitely recommend DEW DROPS (their Vit C serum) esp to my other sensitive combination difficult-skinned friends who usually stray from the usual Vit C topicals. :) I considered it a win!!



The quality is so good, even the packaging. The clay mask is the best, you have to try it.
