I really like Paper Bunny's stationary products— so was excited to try their accessories line. The little cardholder with zip is one of my favourites— and its been >1 year of use and no fading on the cloth exterior, nor tarnishing on the zip closures. 100 points! That said, I do have a hat from them that I bought in-person before leaving the country—only for the area near the brim to tear slightly. Customer service was kind enough to offer a small refund, but, I wasn't able to figure out a way to send it back for a full refund nor a replacement - which was a shame as it was meant to be a gift. That said, it's totally understandable since its a local brand and not yet optimized for international exchanges/returns.
