super cute bag! only “downside” for me is that my iphone max doesn’t fit in the smallest size that i bought!

Love my small Telfar bag! The only downside is that they cancelled the bag security program, which made the brand even more accessible to people. I understand that it caused complaints but eventually everyone got a bag and the brand was more inclusive in that way.

The strap is too long and not adjustable which is such a major deign flaw, besides the unflattering design of the bag to begin with.

Probably one of my favorite designer purchases to date! I own a medium shopping bag in the color 'Leaf' and absolutely love it. The color is unique, and I get compliments on it all the time. This bag is both fashionable and functional — it has become my go-to bag to carry my work laptop, or just to throw a bunch of stuff in and still manage to look put together. I used to be a canvas tote kinda girl, but this is now THE tote. I see this bag lasting me a good while.

I like this bag. It’s big and fits everything I take with me to work. Only thing I don’t like is it doesn’t have a lot of pockets other than that it’s nice. And it the straps doesn’t hurt my shoulder which is a big plus for me. The price is high but it’s worth it and it doesn’t change shape and it has good long Jevity to it.

I love the design. I especially love how simple they are. They can be worn with anything in that way. However, the straps are the most functional/comfortable in terms of how they are designed. Too short for cross body and too long for over the shoulder (especially when the bag is new and the straps are quite stiff). I’m excited to maybe try one of their newer and less widespread designs though. I did have a package stolen though and they helped me right out.

I bought a Tan Medium Shopping Bag during their rainbow drop online. My bag came within the estimated shipping window and came within days of receiving my shipping email which I loved. I did not have any issues so I can't necessarily speak to their customer service but from what I have heard it is pretty helpful.

I love these bags, they are good quality (not the best, but good) -- but more importantly I love what I'm supporting. An independent luxury brand that prioritizes all people and sustainability.

My medium-sized Telfar is a life saver. I use it as a work bag, purse, carry-on -- anything. I've had it for about a year and haven't dealt with any wear or tear to the bag or handles.

Oh my gosh Telfar?!! An absolute STAPLE in my bag collection. From the smallest to largest size in Telford collection, they are all so spacious. The small size is the most surprising as for as how much you have to fit your belongings in. I love this bag down and the brand as a whole!

I love the Telfar bags. I have 3 different types. The crossbody Eastpak the small shopping bag and the medium jacquard. The only negative I have is the small shopping bag is so small I wish it was a little bit bigger. I'm squeezing my Telfar wallet, glasses and other essentials. There's a big difference between the small and medium bag. The tracksuit is very nice, quality material. Love how you can unzip the pants up the thigh. Gives the outfit a different look. I haven't had a problem with delivery. Once my order is placed I usually receive it within a week. It hasn't been around Christmas. Will definitely keep purchasing Telfar.

Haven't even received my bag and I don't care how it looks. Ordered by the first week of December, only to find out it won't be shipped until January. Like wtf... it's Christmas. Who doesnt supply merchandise over the holiday season. There's no warning about their shipping BS, yet there's no returns or exchanges on bags. Really? Coming after Christmas doesn't benefit me because I have to have a gift for Christmas!!!! It will be on Ebay as soon as it arrives. TRASH COMPANY!!!

Not worth it. The bag is cheap and their customer service is in the toilet. They sent me the wrong size bag and went back and forth with me for 7 days saying “no it’s better if you just keep the bag and don’t return it friend” lol. I have to laugh it off because it truly pissed me off, just don’t waste your money. No matter what you say to them they will do everything to drag the time past the 14 day mark so you literally can’t return the item regardless.

The quality of the purse look cheap and it’s not worth it. The purse is so small, it for a dress up doll. Please go and support somebody else not them its a waste of money.

I waited months to order a xmas present for me and my daughter . When the day came i place my order online , waited in line online and paid . Hit my confirmation number and all . A week later i get an email to update my address . I double checked , address was correct and i submitted the address again . Then i check my acct and they returned my money . So i called , phone wasn’t workin . Then i emailed and they told me my address was incorrect ! Address was absolutely correct ! Then they told me they needed a contact number for me to call me . Looked on my order and my phone number was right there . It’s been over 2 weeks and i haven’t heard anything from anyone yet , i’m pissed !

Underwhelmed, not sure what the hype is. Color online not consistent with what you receive.

Telfar is one of those brands I foresee sticking around for many decades to come. The versatile, all-inclusive, sleek design of the shopping bags make them easy to transform from day to night looks for everyone. You can dress them up with businesswear for a classier, more sophisticated look or you can dress them down with streetwear for an edgier and laid back look. The only con (if you would call it that) to this brand is that it is NOT fast-fashion whatsoever, therefore these bags can take between 2-6 months to ship and arrive. This has never particularly been an issue for me as I prefer to purchase my bags through the bag security programs. In addition, the longevity of these bags is impeccable so far, so I am all for this approach as well.
