I have fine hair so wanted a brush i could use for wet and dry without damaging my hair. I just got the skim x Tangle Teezer brush and i absolutely love it. Very gentle on the hair and leaves it feeling smooth & silky. Well worth the price at around $20.

I didn't know I could love a brush as much as I do. I grew up hearing "don't brush out your curls, you'll ruin them!" Well, turns out I needed to be doing it in the shower. This brush detangles and separates my curls. They look perfect after using this brush!

One of the best brushes for wet hair! I feel like I have seen reduced hair breakage since using it and also works great on my slightly wavy hair when it’s dry. However, mine broke on the edge after three years and wish for it to be more durable.

I had seen many great reviews about this and decided to give it a try. The design being cute was a plus! This brush gently detangles my hair but is so much easier to clean than the alternatives. Also, based on how the bristles are structured, I am hoping the longevity of this will be better than the competitors.

Tangle teezer is amazing product for it is price, it worked well enough for my hair when my hair was all natural, silky and healthy. As my hair is blond, damaged and colored, now it is really hard to brush it w TT, I only use it in shower now when i need to brush my hair w masks

I have been an avid WET brush user and was shocked at how easily the Tangle Teezer’s “fine and fragile” version worked through my hair! I didn’t have to yank on it and immediately ordered another!

I have been using Tangle Teezer for many years. I took some detours trying other brands but always came back to Tangle Teezer. And now that they brought out the large version of fine and fragile I am over the moon. I am autistic so am very sensitive to brushing hair. This is the only hair brush that is gentle enough for me. It’s also the only brush that untangles my hair without breakage. I use the regular size brush in the shower to spread the conditioner and I use large size for general use. I also ocassionally use their scalp brush - and it too is the only scalp brush that works for me. I always found those silicone ones too bulky and awkward and tear at my hair or tangle it. This one doesn’t have these issues and is the most ergonomic of them all. I also love that they offer free returns (at least in UK). Not many brands offer that! It’s also great that they are now using cardboard instead of paper plastic packaging, and they have brought out some PLA brushes which is a little bit more eco friendly than plastic.

I really like these combs. They detangle hair gently and effectively, even when it’s wet. Another big plus is that they’re convenient to take with you. Since the comb closes, it always stays clean, and the teeth don’t get damaged. I recommend carrying this version in your bag, but if you have thick and long hair, you might want to get a larger version for home use.

Nothing special, regular brush

this is a product I now cannot live without! at first I bought these brushes for my curly haired daughters because their hair knots so easily but I recently got hair extensions and they are the only brushes that I can use that keep my extensions tangle free.

This is the best brush ever. I will never go back to any other brush. Gets knots out easily, good on wet hair, feels lovely on your scalp.

I really loved this brand in Europe (my #1 go to brush) but for some reason here in the US, I don't like their products as much. The bristles seem kind of sharp sometimes, sadly. But I will definitely stock up when I go to Europe again because they are just the best over there!

I oscillate between the Tangle Teezer detangling brushes or my wet brush to detangle my curly hair after a hair wash. Works really well! Extremely gentle on my hair and doesn't tug on it at all, definitely recommend!

It’s just plastic but works very well and is soft on the hair. I found it best to use 3 different ones for my routines. The standard one for traveling and the gym. The wet detangler when I get out of the shower and the blow styling paddle to blow dry them. It think it helps to blow dry my hair faster and gives it that sleek finish.

Best hair brush I have ever used. I have purchased 3. They do not get gross or fall apart like other hair brushes do. They are so good for getting out knots and tangles. I have very dry, thick bleached hair and this is the only hair brush I have ever been able to use that does not just rip out my hair

Could not recommend enough. I have thick long hair and I love these brushes. I use the smaller hand held one and the normal brush. I love how you can store hair ties in the hairbrush! It makes traveling so easy!

I have two tangle teasers. One with a handle and one that's handheld. I much prefer using the one with the handle on my curls when detangling in the shower. I always make sure to pack my brush when traveling as it doesn't take up much space and is my go to detangling brush.

For hair type reference I have type four hair, and it is medium density with fine strands. I was really shocked wit this brush. I have seen all the rave about the tangle teaser in the natural hair community and was still a bit suspicious of it. It seemed like a brush more geared towards types 1, 2, and 3 hair. But it really gets through the tangles and even slicks my hair down. Now that I think about it, I should probably get another one...
