  • Creamy, smooth mouthfeel milk
  • Elegant, eye-catching packaging
  • Distinct, pistachio-forward flavor
  • Foams well for iced lattes
  • Curdles in hot espresso drinks
  • Occasionally thin, watery texture
  • Vanilla flavor overly sweet
  • Subtle pistachio taste sometimes

Táche earns strong reviews for creamy, pistachio-forward pistachio milk that shines in matcha, iced coffee, smoothies, and cereal, with many praising its smooth texture, beautiful packaging, and lack of added oils—so yes, the brand is good and often works as advertised. However, reviews also flag inconsistent performance in hot espresso (curdling or flavor shift), occasional watery texture, overly sweet vanilla for some, and persistent complaints about price and limited store availability.

  • At first I was skeptical about Tache — do we really need another type of nut milk? But the answer is yes. I'm obsessed with pistachio milk + now opt for Tache with my coffee whenever it's available.

  • Really rich and creamy milk alternative that's perfect for my coffee.

    Feedback

It's too expensive. I got it through Imperfect Foods on a discount but wouldn't have bought it otherwise.

  • I’ve loved the flavor, great for latte or cappuccino.

Received a free product from Táche
  • I tried this unsweet pistachio milk in a matcha latte this week and it was pretty good! i like that there is no added sugar in some of the options, however I wish there were less fillers, gums, and oils

    Feedback

    less fillers and unnecessary ingredients

  • Definitely the best milk alternative I’ve tried! I have tried the original unsweetened and it tastes so creamy, which is surprising because the calories aren’t very high. It also froths very well — definitely as good as “barista” edition milk alternatives.

I wish it was easier to find locally without having to buy online. Buying a 6 pack just to try is a lot, and now with the new flavors I wish I could pick and choose as I go instead of committing to 6 cartons. It’s also pricey but it is a nice treat.

  • The consistency was good, but I'm not into all the additives. Wish this was a cleaner/simpler product with more pistachio flavor.

    Feedback

    Less additives. More pistachios.

  • Verrrry watery texture. I expected it to be creamy and thick but it ended up being very watery when mixed into coffee. I also felt like it made my coffee taste bitter. It's great for smoothies, though! I also don't love that it has so much added sugar, but that's a personal preference. Love love love the branding, such cute packaging.

    Feedback

    Less watery/thin.

  • Tested the Vanilla flavor in a Thingdrop. Love looking for dairy alternatives due to digestion and shelf life purposes. The product tastes fantastic and has a great consistency.

    Feedback

Price is a bit steep for consistent use. Sugar could be lowered a little bit too - found it a bit too sweet, and also higher than what I normally look to purchase.

  • An actually good-for-you and good-for-the-planet milk alternative that deserves all the hype. Love the flavor; especially the Original Blend.

    Feedback

At times, texture can be a little gritty - would love a barista version or similar that foams up nicely in a frother. That said, I did try early product iterations, so this may have changed since launch.

  • I absolutely love Tache - in my coffee, matcha, in my cereal, and even on it’s own. It’s the perfect balance of nutty and sweet. After discovering that most alternative milks have tons of added oils, I began my search for a new solution. I love that Tache doesn’t have any added oils and still has a velvety, barista-friendly texture.

    Feedback

Nothing. My only complaint is that it’s a little expensive.

  • loved this dairy-free alternative. Thought it was slightly more dense and creamy than the oat milk that I previously used.

    Feedback

loved the taste, but a little expensive if you're getting it for daily use.

  • I’ve been trying to find something to replace oat milk and this pistachio milk is it! It’s yummy and creamy and froths really well. I haven’t tried it in coffee yet but it tastes amazing in chai and matcha!

  • Might be my new favorite alt milk - much smoother texture than others I've tried and tasted great. Wasn't sure that I was going to be a fan of vanilla (usually opt for unsweetened) but was a fun way to switch up morning coffee or as a sweet standalone treat

  • Loved the brand and packaging - so elegant. However, I tried the vanilla flavor, and I didn't love it. It felt weirdly artificial, and didn't pair well with oatmeal or cereal. Perhaps pistachio and vanilla just aren't meant to be.

  • I haven't tried the original blend, but the sweetened vanilla is so delicious. It's become my new go-to for my morning lattes, goes really well with Nespresso pods (paired with the iced leggero is *chef's kiss*). But also tastes great as-is! Have also had it frothed in a latte and really delicious – plus it has a pink-ish brown hue to it that looks beautiful in a clear mug!

  • SOOO delicious. I love a flavored almond milk (not a purist on unsweetened / natural flavor in this space), and I was really impressed by the vanilla pistachio milk. Creamy and pretty strong flavor; the vanilla comes through in a nice / subtle way that doesn't overpower the pistachio

  • Delicious! Tastes great in iced coffee. Didn’t love the taste when frothed and used in latte.

    Feedback

    Too expensive to buy weekly

  • I tried this pistachio milk in a matcha latte. I really had high hopes and wanted to like it, but it had an aftertaste I didn’t love. I love pistachios but it just wasn’t for me. The benefit is that it’s creamier than almond milk (at least I felt it was). However I still prefer the neutrality of oat milk for matcha lattes

    Feedback

I would rather it taste more like pistachio than the mysterious aftertaste

  • I’ve become a pistachio milk convert. I am a huge fan of the unsweetened version. I use it to make lattes and cappuccinos at home and it froths super well. Tastes great and low sugar. Packaging isn’t wasteful, and the ordering delivery process is easy.

    Feedback

I buy directly on their site, but I do wish it were more widely available because you have to buy 6 at a time.

  • I am absolutely thrilled with it! This dairy-free, plant-based milk made from pistachios is a game-changer. The flavor is rich and creamy, with a subtle nutty taste that pairs perfectly with my morning coffee and cereal.
