Sweet Nothings makes a variety of ready-to-eat nutritious snacks from a blend of organic, plant-based, and no sugar added ingredients.

The story of Sweet Nothings starts with our founder, Beth Porter, finding herself in a classic situation: trying to feed her family healthy snacks they’ll actually eat. On her journey to find plant-based, palate-pleasing perfection, she discovered that smoothies were a hit with all ages but blending up batches that were delicious and nutritious was a lot more prep work and cleanup than she had time for.

One day, as she opened the freezer door and the light flickered on to greet her, she had a lightbulb moment of her own. Frozen. Spoonable. Smoothies. She could pack all the fresh fruits, veggies, nuts and seeds she wanted into a smoothie, then freeze it for a delightfully simple snack time for herself, her kids, or any hungry person. They were an instant favorite in her household, and they’re sure to be one in yours too.

From that quest to make a better bite to eat, Sweet Nothings was born. We were founded on a belief that everyone should be able to eat in a way that’s tasty, wholesome, and convenient. That’s why we don’t just make snacks for kids or busy parents, we make great food for everyone. However, they find the product size too small for the price, and the texture can sometimes be too icy. The brand could also improve by offering more flavors and including toppings.

I like that this brand makes smoothies that are already made and only need to be opened to be eaten. Personally I wasn't too huge on this dark chocolate smoothie, but I can appreciate that the product had only good ingredients in it.

Lovely smooth texture amazing subtle sweetness! It's a must try.

great tasting, not too sweet and not terrible health wise 

I don't know what I expected, but when I tore off the top of my Mango Açaí bowl, I was hoping for more than just a big glop of purple goo. Not only did it not look appetizing, it didn't taste all that amazing. The product basically delivered on the promised mango and açaí flavors, but it was missing any sense of palatable pizzazz. The package admittedly does say "Each cup has room to add your own toppings, like fruit and granola!", which I did (granola), but at $4.99 for 6 oz. I guess I expected a bit more flavorful oomph, as well as a more appealing look (you can easily imagine hundreds of empty bowls going down a conveyor belt with a big soft serve–style dispenser shooting slushy liquid into each container). While touted as "the perfect snack for any time of the day," at this price point and with so little to offer I don't see myself trying these again.

Tropical Greens Spoonable Smoothie was the only Sweet Nothings product available at my store. The taste itself was fine -- it reminded me of a superfood juice -- but the texture was hard to deal with. The smoothie itself was frozen solid and the included spoon did little to parse out any portions -- something that interfered with the "on the go" nature of this product. As I hacked away at the ice with the spoon, it got all over my hands. Not great. I also dislike the additional impact on the environment the spoon makes. We don't need more single-use plastic in our stores!

While I thoroughly enjoy their offerings, I deducted one star due to limited flavor options. Overall, Sweet Nothings is a fantastic choice for anyone seeking a healthy and satisfying frozen treat.

I tried the Nut Butter Bites (Peanut Butter and Raisin) and was pleasantly surprised -- super clean ingredients and still very tasty. Try them frozen for a post-dinner snack - you won't be disappointed! 

I tried the acai bowls and the spoonable smoothies. Both were delicious for breakfast or a snack, but the sizes were small and the prices were high for what they were.

I got one of these bowls at Sprouts. It was very small & snack sized. The flavor was there but the product was slightly icey. I’m not sure if I was supposed to let it thaw out? I added granola and peanut butter and it tasted pretty good. I imagine it would be plain tasting with no at home toppings and would not be very filling.
