Supergoop! earns largely positive reviews for wearable, no–white-cast SPF formulas that double as makeup primers—Unseen Sunscreen and Glow Screen frequently impress for smooth, lightweight application and everyday protection—yet some reviewers report greasiness, pilling, breakouts, or separation and question efficacy versus cheaper dupes. Reviews highlight inclusive, matte-to-glowy finishes, easy reapplication formats (sprays, sticks, powders), and family-friendly PLAY, while noting product-inherent drawbacks like oily feel, chemical scent or eye sting, heavy shine from Glow products, limited shade range in tints, and occasional packaging clogs or leaks.

I am OBSESSED with the Matte Screen! I genuinely recommend this product to everyone I know and think it's great no matter your skin type. It is one of the best primers, feels great going on and most importantly, is sunblock!!!

I do think that there isn't a lot amount of product per package (especially for the price) but I do keep going back
I love their products, especially their Glow Stick. So convenient.

This is hands down one of my favorite sunscreens to use. It has a matte finish.

Of the must-carry brands I use, Supergoop is at the top of the list. The Unseen Suncreen goes on matte and works well under moisturizer and makeup with no residue.

I love this brand tho I wish it were a little more eco. Come on gwyneth!!! can't play be ALL mineral and no chemical? And dare I ask cheaper? Tho that would not be on brand.

more eco please gwyneth
I'm obsessed with Supergoop! I specifically love Supergoop Glowscreen. It has replaced foundation for me. I put it on every morning. It is soft on my skin, and I love the glow. I probably have 5+ kinds of supergoop lotion, serum, and spray sunscreen. Every product is awesome.
Love Supergoop glow for my body and unseen for my face. Even my husband loves the Unseen sunscreen, and it can be a struggle to get him to put SPF on his face.
As a woman of a certain age, I have become militant about sunscreen. This is my favorite. The texture is unexpected, but it feels fantastic, not greasy. It also works as a great primer for make-up. No scent, no weird white cast. Good stuff!
Supergroup is the perfect example of a brand that knows its customer base and provides products that meet their needs. Their sunscreen is some of the most reliable SPFs I've used and there's absolutely no white cast (on their non-mineral SPFs).
I use supergroup religiously. I have their sunscreen powders as well as the bigger carry size bottles of Play and their sunscreen lip balms. My favorite for under makeup is the glowscreen though. I also feel like their sunscreen generally acts as a great base/primer for makeup.
As an oily girl, this mineral mattescreen is a god send. Every sunscreen I have ever used makes my skin shiny which only gets worse as the day goes on. The mattescreen doesn’t give my face that shiny oily look. So glad to have found this

I feel like the face sunscreens broke me out. I’ve tried the glow, the unseen, the liquidy for everyone, the stick, the mist and the body and the only ones that I think are good is the body. There are better face sunscreens out there for a very similar price.

I didn’t love the consistency
I ADORE supergoop products. The glowscreen is my daily go to and I can't wait to try all the new releases! I don't get any sort of whitecast and still get to enjoy the sunshine with the natural glow the product provides.
The adorable branding made me excited to purchase, but ultimately this product didn’t wow me. The stick form is useful for applying sunscreen in general, but given that this is designed to be high-shine like a highlighter stick, using this all over does not look good. And keeping it on hand just for the cheeks feels like a weird use of money and counter space. I saw it recommended as an option for getting sunscreen on the scalp and was keen on this versatility as my hair is thinning, but it was clunky for this use and made my hair greasy. Can rub fingers on the stick and then apply to scalp, but at that point it makes me wonder why I wouldn’t just use a cheaper all-purpose drugstore face stick. All in all, Supergoop’s other products likely easily outshine their $50 spf shine stick. I wish I had tried something else of theirs first!
Was my first love and introduction for mineral sunscreen!
I wish I loved this! but my very sensitive, dry, acne prone skin broke out after use.

Smooth and light! Great sun protection and doesn't make you feel greasy at all. I used the product for my scalp and it was so nice not to have greasy sunscreen in my hair!
This sunscreen is amazing! Helps protect my face in the summer while at the beach! Does not leave a residue on your face at all! Easy to apply and wash off!

I love their packages! Very pop and stand out. I like their texture, not too greccey or creamy. Very light texture. I got SPF 40, that's enought prevent sunburn at the beach!
