  • Customer service is great always there to help. Gizmo still loves the food and he is a picky eater. Only complaint is how much crumbs there ends up being in the bottom of the bag! Why don’t they leave them as strips and we can break them apart that would eliminate the crumb problem or make it far less! I have to hand feed Gizmo so it is a lot of waste! Consider doing it at least for the beef flavor.

  • So my puppy Bingo is an incredibly picky eater. I've tried different kibbles, wet food, and toppers. I was becoming rather desperate, because he's been struggling with Giardia for a while and I was worried he wasn't getting enough nutrients as a puppy. I finally decided to try Sundays for Dogs. It was pricey for me, but I thought it worth a try. Well, my dog loves it. It's been a game changer for me. To be fair, it's only been 4 days. He's gotten tired of other toppers I've used in the past to entice him like real salmon and boiled chicken. But unlike toppers, this provides a fully balanced meal. So I am hoping he continues to like it. I initially tried to do a slow transition to the new food, but he would pick out the old kibble and only eat Sundays. So finally, on the third day I just made the complete change. He seems to be doing okay with the shortened transition time. A couple things. I think it's still growing as a company and working out some kinks. But every time I've had to reach out to customer service with questions or concerns, they've been super helpful and responsive. I initially ordered the chicken, but it turns out that only the beef and turkey is for All Stages (including puppies). The chicken is for Maintenance (adult dogs). I asked Sundays to switch my order to beef and they did. But I wanted to warn other puppy owners not to make the same mistake. I've uploaded 3 videos: 1) my dog with old kibble, 2) my dog transitioning to Sundays, 3) excited dog with just Sundays If you want to get 50% off your first order, Sundays gave me a link to share for referrals. It is: https://share.sundaysfordogs.com/Sue22 -- Edited to add on 5/28/2024 - I am sad to report that my dog has run out of food. Sunday said they ran out of inventory and don't know when I can get more food. I have therefore lowered my rating, because it's very hard on the dog when subscription is not reliable. Sundays charges the credit card a week before the expected ship date, not when they are actually ready to ship. I can't in good conscience recommend this food to people, due to their unreliability. Unless, your dog won't eat anything else. Otherwise, I do recommend trying this - but go in with your eyes wide open. And try to figure out a plan B when your shipment is inevitably late.

  • **********BEWARE********** It is very expensive and my dog likes it Ok but not "loves it". She has been on raw since she was 9 weeks old and is now 8 years old so this isn't new. We very slowly weaned her over to Sundays Turkey which took abut 8 weeks. Then we got a bag that I questioned because she began having diarrhea everywhere. I contacted the company as I am concerned about my dog requesting they check it and all they did was question me on how I weaned her and wouldn't even agree to test this batch as they claim they are all tested. I have about $200 (2 boxes) of food in my pantry that I guess I will be dumping since they just don't care.

  • Our 2 Australian shepherd dogs have loved Sundays dog food ever since we started buying it for them. It is so appealing to them and every other dog who has ever caught a whiff of it. (Do not forget to leave it at home when you go to a dog park!) Our dogs are very healthy and we attribute a lot of that to the high quality of Sundays food. The folks at Sundays are great, too. Very helpful. Our shipments always arrive in a timely fashion.

  • My dogs love this food! Their coat is softer and I love how healthy it is for them. Did make them a bit gassy in the beginning and the feeding guidelines from Sunday left my dogs very hungry so I ended up going through the bags a lot faster which makes it pretty expensive for 3 big dogs. I’ll probably use Sunday in combination with something else in the future.

  • Fantastic product. Dog absolutely loves the brand. Well worth the price knowing that it’s real food and not full of fillers of unknown origin

  • I always try to feed my dog the best diet I can , even home cooked. After a couple of weeks feeding her Sundays dog food I was blown away by how soft and shiny her fur became. My 11 year old, deeply loved, pit bull also has increased energy and improved joint function. I usually don't write reviews but this really needed to be shared.

  • I really like the process for making and the ingredients in Sundays especially the use of natural vitamins vs synthetic vitamins. My dog also is enthusiastic to have Sundays as treats and at mealtime. The only warning I have for using as treats is to use a treat bag so when the pieces break up into very small pieces you can dump them into the food bowl. If you put in your pants pocket, it is much harder to retrieve them. Although your dog may volunteer to do it for you.

  • $120 to start and $93/wk?! Don’t believe me? Just look at the screenshot. This is just dehydrated food and if you read, it’s very high in carbohydrates so be careful if your pet is diabetic or borderline. bottom line, no thanks… Make it yourself, save money, and know what your pet is getting.

  • My dog ended up in the ER due to switching foods, I would be careful of these fancy brands it’s just false advertisement, my dog was fine but thought we can do better on a diet was severely dehydrated, vomiting, gastro issues, costing over $600 in emergency fees and medication

  • My dog can't get enough of Sundays. Overall, a positive experience and I feel SO good about the ingredients. I'm an ingredient FREAK and it's the cleanest on the market. It is a subscription service dog food that isn't set to "every 3 weeks, every 6 weeks etc." it is all based off of your dogs food intake, weight, breed, energy etc! I have to say, every time I see myself getting low on dog food, and I log-on to their website to order more, I see that they've already shipped it ! and it arrives in literally TWO days.. so fast its insane. The frequency is perfectly in sync with my dog's activity which is around 3 weeks right now for a VERY active Stumpy Tailed Heeler and it will change month to month.

My dog is my child so I would pay any amount of $ for proper clean nutrition but holy h*ll its expensive. $100 every 3 weeks for around a 32oz bag. So I do wish it was more affordable but, he deserves the best so here we are!

  • Though my dog loved the food. I had an issue with shipping/timing. I sent multiple emails and texts to Sundays for Dogs- using the contact information that they provide and NEVER received a response. Absolutely HORRIBLE customer service I would NOT recommend this product for this reason. It doesn't matter if the product is great, if you don't have the staff to support your subscribers - and it is NOT inexpensive.

  • Good food. Horribly run company. Website and ordering system is terrible and skewed to confuse and place orders that you didn't even know were there or if you changed them they still charged and sent. There pretty much is no customer service. Impossible to get help. They have an email address and also a phone number but neither provide help. You're on your own and keeping your fingers crossed that things work out is not a good way to do business. I gave it a couple of tries, but my experiences only got worse with subsequent attempts to work with them, they get complaints and give apologies but never improve anything. Not worth the space in my brain to try to keep track of what is going on with my orders or try to change them, or get help from the company. Too bad, food good, everything else is very bad. They need new management.

  • My dog loves it and is doing great on it! I also love to convenience of the air dried product for storing and the shipping to my door. I will say that the portion that was recommended was off - she needs more than the recommended amount, and I am still figuring out the auto shipping time so that I don't run out - had to fill in a few times with other food until the shipment arrived. Otherwise everything is great!

  • Sundays dog food is the BEST out there for my Japanese Chin and Veteraniarm recommended ... I love the convenience of shipping and getting this great product monthly !!! ...

  • My dogs love it and one of them has developed a much nicer coat. Much softer and thicker. I use a scale to weigh as it is easy to overfeed.

  • Food is great, but timely deliveries are random lately!

  • My picky Husky loves this food. I have a subscription for the beef and chicken recipes. What I dont like is if you have to change the date of your subscription delivery, they want to charge you for the food on the original date even if it's weeks in advance. Hopefully customer service will remedy this issue.

  • High quality, easy, dogs love it, healthy, clean plate club!

  • Wholesome ingredients that are human grade. Food smells good, is moist yet dry. My frenchies absolutely love it and prefer it over The Farmer’s Dog, Orijen, and Darwin’s.
