Stasher Bag wins praise in reviews for durable, leak-resistant silicone storage that replaces single‑use plastic, performs in freezer, microwave, dishwasher, and even sous vide, and comes in versatile, space‑saving sizes and colors. However, many reviewers flag persistent drawbacks: tough-to-clean seams, slow drying that can lead to odors or mildew, occasional staining or smell retention, tricky openings, and rare tears or imperfect seals with liquids—making bowls/stand-up styles preferred for ease of use.

  • These have been a game changer when packing lunches for work. So nice to go from one use plastic baggies to stashers.

  • Love the idea, and MOSTLY love the execution. I do wish that these were slightly easier to clean, the seams can really test you. I actually prefer using these for travel as opposed to food items because of this reason specifically.

  • these bags are great to have around, i have been able to reduce the amount of plastic i use and i just put these in the dishwasher and they are ready to be used again!

  • i live by stasher bags they are so convenient and cute!!! i prob have like 6 of them and my fav ones are the ones that stand up by themselves. only downside is that whew they are pricey and i don't think i've saved money from plastic bags but it's nice to know im using less single use plastic

  • Love these for sandwiches and snacks without the guilt of throwing away single-use plastics. These seal better than cheaper brands I was buying. I can actually trust the seal on the stasher bag to "stash" in a tote or bag. Easy to rinse and dry. They are a good size and have a good shape to them. I'm trying to meal prep more and keep healthy snacks around and these pouches are a great way to make it easier to BYO healthy snacks. One point off for being much more expensive than alternative brands.

  • These are good in theory and work well the first few times but I feel like they’re impossible to clean and hold onto the smell of whatever you put in them. They are nice to have though and a good gift.

  • Love these. Useful not just for food but also for travel needs (like q tips)

  • I love my Stasher bag! It’s reusable, easy to clean, and the quality feels sturdy and reliable. I’d recommend for anyone trying to minimize their plastic use!

  • I love my set of stasher sandwich bags and how tight their seal is. I worried about the ability to have a watertight seat on a reusable bag but somehow they’ve done it! In addition the reduction of my single-use storage products, I also like that the structure of the bags adds a bit of protection for more delicate snacks like crackers/cookies and helps them maintain their shape in transit.

  • These are awesome! I love using sustainable products and I need this kind of thing for food storage. Worth the extra money! A great innovative idea.

  • Awesome bags for storing snacks or food in an alternative to plastic. Slightly costly, however they are durable and can be used in a variety of ways (food or non-food). One star off for difficulty getting clean in the dishwasher, but otherwise I would recommend!

  • It is really useful and looks aesthetic

  • I love the sustainability and reusability. Love that it helps reduce use of single-use plastics (Ziploc bags) — which is both better for the environment and better for you! Plastics / microplastics are all too pervasive in our everyday lives and it seems like there’s a flood of new information surfacing about how it’s all much more harmful to our bodies than ever imagined (microplastics are absorbed by our brains and other vital organs!) The seal works well but doesn’t have the satisfying ‘click’ sound that you may be used to from plastic bags / Ziplocs — a minor adjustment to get used to. The price-per-bag seems pretty high

  • I love this product! They come in a variety of sizes to meet needs of all kinds. I use them for snacks and toiletries and love that you can get them anywhere!

  • I really wanted to love these, but they are more inconvenient than they are convenient. The silicone sticks to things, collects dust, they are bulky when empty. I just don’t really find the right moments to use them. Maybe they’d be good for freezing sauces? I don’t know. The concept was good in theory, but meh. I prefer the up&up brand of reusable bags from target. They lay super flat when empty, the gusset is external and only on the bottom so food doesn’t get stuck in internal folds, they’re sturdy and they seal really well. When they’re hung up to dry, they’re held open well by the design of the gusset area.

  • These make everything that much easier to store. They come in amazing colors and it is easy to coordinate with my other kitchen accessories. I love how simple they are to clean out and they do not hold any odors.

  • I love stasher bags, but I'm docking a point for price! Don't get me wrong, I LOVE these especially since they are dishwasher safe, but for almost $10 per bag I wonder if cheaper ones may be more worth it. I will say they have lasted forever and are incredibly high quality, so they get replaced far less often than normal reusable food bags. Thus, I wouldn't buy again myself, but I do think they are a great gift! 10/10 for use but docking point for price!
