I signed up for the free trial, and then had an unexpected financial hardship, so I canceled and went through the refund process, and they let me keep the product as a gift for free instead of making me print off the label and go through the trouble of returning the product. They also sent me a $30 coupon to use on any product. Best customer service for something like this I have ever received. Well done.

Great, non-abrasive exfoliation and smells amazing! I've been on the hunt of an exfoliating wash that I can use several times a week that won't be too stripping and this is the one. I will be repurchasing.

The liquid collagen taste great. After a week or so, my skin looks and feels amazing.

Tastes great and I noticed an improvement with my skin. Costly though.

It tastes awful and was grainy even after mixing over and over and over again. I used a 16oz cup so there was enough space for mixing my collagen drink. Save your money, there are better drinks out there for collagen.

I been using this for two years. People complement me for my skin. I honestly owed it to this amazing product. Try it within 1 month you will see the difference! Your skin will be radiant your hair shiny and your nails strong.

Started with the SPOILED CHILD Liquid Collagen exactly 2 weeks ago. Giving it 4 stars at this point since it is too early to know if it's making any difference to my skin and hair. I do LOVE the idea of a liquid, like the taste (I have the pineapple) and love the glass shot glass. I am taking 2 teaspoons daily in hopes to see results sooner, rather than later. I just ordered my 2nd bottle and look forward to receiving it! :)

Wow! Not only does this taste great but my skin has never looked better! This is my second month using the mango flavor and I can already see such difference! Highly recommend the collagen! Can’t wait to try more products!

Great flavor I love how it tastes like mangoes it brings me memories of eating fresh mangoes when I was younger! I feel full of energy throughout the day and I see a difference in my skin my stomach is a bit flatter. Thank you

Very negative experience overall. I was charged a few weeks after placing my order under the advertised “free trial,” even though I had not received any product. I contacted customer service and a replacement shipment was sent. However, I was charged the full amount before receiving the product, which arrived only a few days after the charge was processed. In my opinion, the advertised 14-day free trial does not function as a true trial period, since the timeline begins before the customer actually receives the product. A fair trial period should begin once the product is delivered, giving customers time to evaluate whether they want to continue or make a purchase. Customer service did respond appropriately within their company policy, and I do appreciate that. I will also say that I do like the taste of the product, and if the trial period had worked as advertised, I likely would have tried it for a few months to determine whether it produced results. However, because I had to spend nearly 30 days tracking down my order and resolving the trial issue, I have decided to purchase from a competitor instead.

Super quick and easy online ordering . Very clear on pricing and gives alot of product information . I’m very excited for this order to arrive and see the results I’m looking for. I will be writing negative reviews on every social media platform every single day until this is resolved. Terrible customer service…no live person at the phone number and email correspondence has not addressed my concern. I AM FED UP!
