I've been using the E27 liquid oollagen product for a couple of months. I can honestly say I've noticed a difference in my skin over all. It seems brighter and the wrinkles appear less noticeable. On top of that it tastes great. Their customer service is also top notch. I accidentally typed in my email incorrectly when signing up and was able to get that issue resolved. Changing up frequency of shipments was also easy. Loving the results and will continue to use.

Spoiled child is very attentive with their customer service. And i love their products specially the hydro lock overnight lip mask. And they sure know how to treat their clients.. they go an extra mile.

My review only covers the process of buying from SpoledChild website. Navaigation si easy as ther earen't a lot of products. They advise on which products to bget after filling a questionnaire. The 'try before you buy' concept is interesting, although I bought my product without using that offer. The attempts at getting the customer to buy a subscription are slightly annoying.

I enjoyed the products and the service was nice ....easy surveys and really seen results with the formulas I tested can't wait to work with them again fast shipping as well

Super easy to navigate and shop their products. Everything is advertised so attractively. Checkout was easy and simple. I was not charged taxes or shipping. That’s always a plus. I plan on coming back and buying more.

It's only day three but this stuff makes my hair SO SOFT. It has not been this soft in a long time!! It stays soft all day after washing too/using product! Cannot wait to see what else it does for me, very excited and happy so far!

SpoiledChild was able to pick which Liquid Collagen was best suited for me based on the quick survey I took. The questions were very straighforward and easy to answer. I ordered the product today and I cant wait to try it!

Just don’t waste your time and money… It's probably a scam. The product never arrived and they couldn't make the refund blaming my bank; I was offered store credit, I tried to purchase again because I had no choice, the new tracking number didn't exist, the product AGAIN never arrived, and the same thing, "we've tried to process a refund and it looks like it's being declined." That had never happened before with my bank. Now I have no product or money. They offer a gift card as compensation which I don't see how to use if every time I want to buy the product it doesn't arrive….

I am not happy. I run out before I get my new bottle and I am out 10 days a month. It takes over 10-12 days to receive my order and it is on automatic delivery. There is No reason for this to happen. It gets the label and sits in the warehouse for up to 4 days before it ships out. No reason for this whatsoever!!! It is on auto pay. I like the product but I am ready to I’m find another if you can not find a solution for this problem. I am not going to keep going 10 days without product.

I have really curly hair. It’s a decent conditioner at best. Definitely did not resolve any of the frizz after a month of use as directed. Definitely not worth the price in my opinion.

The smell is amazing, fragrant and salon worthy. The packaging is inviting, very beautiful. I used andnmy hair felt like silk. The ad wasn't wrong! My daughter used it-and wants it now too and I heard her telling her friend from work. I highly recommend!

I haven’t received the product yet, but the quiz and amount of information they provided along with the amazing reviews made it a no brainer to try it!

Spoiled Child's products have been good so far. No miracles, but hasn't done anything to cause breakouts or issues so far. Customer service has been very responsive and helpful.

This is my first order from spoiled child they shipped it out right away im excited ive hear great things about this company very happy to try these items and definitely will be buying more.
