I tried, didn't like and returned during the trial period. Two months later haven't gotten a refund. They said they sent it and it was denied. My bank was called and has no record of a refund attempt. Told to try thr refund again so they can see the issue, refuses to try it again. Stating 'they have done all they can'. And 'thanks for understanding'. Basically theft, and horrid customer service. But they sent me a ton of codes to but more of thier junk as of that made up for it. Enough that I could have gotten my refund 3 times over. Which seems shady. I don't think they ever intended to give me back my money. Considering thier product gets a 30 day trial but need 90 days to show results. They make you jump through hoops to return on thier site AND it took me after making the return to then jump through more hoops to stop subscription. Meaning I wasn't happy but they were fine with continuing to charge me for a product I didn't want and ship it to me. Oh and Melissa, yeah, this is directly at you, do better.

I have been using there s33 serum for about a month and it works really well so I decided to try their moisturizer L28, I'm very happy with this it's light on the skin doesn't have an awful smell and it actually works very well this wasn't a free product I paid full price just wanted other people know about this product

I ordered SpoiledChild's E27 Extra Strength Mango flavored Liquid Collagen because of all the great thingsI read about it. I felt the Mango flavor was weird, although it wasn't bad, it tasted like extra sweet butterscotch more than Mango. In addition to the flavor, I felt it was too sweet, so sweet that the top would always be difficult to remove (due to the stickiness) Personally speaking, I saw no visible changes in my skin or hair; however, in all fairness to the company, I only used the product a little over a month. At the price that's charged, I would expect to see a change before being auto-billed for the 2nd month's supply, which by the way was before the 30-day period; after all they do state that its free if you are not satisfied. I called about stopping the 2nd order, however I was told it had already been processed, so when it came in the mail, I did not open it, but instead returned it. I will definitely not be trying this product again; I can make my own Collagen and Turmeric mixture and get a better bang for my buck.

I told them I wanted to return the item I bought & the email response I got a way to get more money from me. They said they had 2 options for me! Them- Option 1 - A second chance! Keep the product you already have and I’ll send you a $75 gift card that you can use to try something new. This will allow you to try something new (I'm more than happy to provide recommendations) and it gives you more time to try the product you already have. Don't forget, consistency is key for hair and skin products. It can sometimes take several weeks to see the results you are looking for. If you choose this option, you will still be charged for your products at the end of your 30-day trial. Option 2- Return” Me- You want to provide an “alternative option” to my returning the “try before you buy” & your option is that you’d send me a $75 gift card that I could use to try something else. But I’d still be charged for the product at the end of the 30 day trial. Sooooo, in actuality I’d ONLY be given a $21.54 gift card to use towards something new! The fee I’d be charged for the trial item is more than 1/2 the amount of the gift card you’d be giving me if I chose Option 1. In the long run I’d be paying MORE than I didn’t initially because of taxes, etc for the new item I would get. NO THANKS!! Hence why I’m RETURNING the “try before you buy” item.

The web site does not show anywhere that the prices are in U.S. dollars. When I saw the charges on my credit card I tried to cancel my order, they refused even though it had not even been shipped yet. I am return and get a refund, however not for the shipping charge even though I had try to cancel before it shipped. Shady business practice and terrible customer service!

Don’t fall for it. The hair masque did literally nothing for my hair. It was drier and more brittle after using it. I was also sent a free gift of the liquid collagen but based on the results of the hair masque, I haven’t touched it. Was charged almost $200 for nothing.

The website is professional and playful without being too distracting. Very user friendly. Loads well. I ordered the collagen set and received a few gifts. I got a balm and scrunchie and one other thing. The scrunchie was satin like material, simple, soft and sophisticated. It secured my long, thick, curly hair well without any pulling or tugging. The balm left a gorgeous tint in a small, sturdy, lightweight container. The tint lasted with limited smudge, balm was non greasy and was absorbed quickly, leaving a healthy shine to my lips. The collagen itself is great! Huge portion where dosage can be tailored to your needs. Secure jar without feeling heavy or bulky, good cap, no leaks, easy to open. When dispensing the syrup you can experience a bit of spillage/leakage. Viscosity is not as thick as a syrup, a little more watery, but not watery. You can take alone to mixed. There’s a stronger flavor unmixed that may leave a bit of short after taste. I prefer to use this as a water flavoring enhancer. Would blend perfectly in tropical smoothies. No after taste when added and leaves you feeling refreshed. A few weeks in I’ve noticed less breakouts, brighter, plumper, bouncy skin and my hair seems less dry and frizzy, and I experience less bloat. Packaging is all simple, secure, lightweight, and aesrhivally pleasing. Ships in a box and presented nicely. Quickly becoming a SpoiledChild fan who needs all the things!

I tested the S24 RAPID RECOVERY HAIR MASK because of my concern of having frizzy hair. It worked great on my hair; it's smells nice and my hair is it very manageable. I'm very impressed because I've tried many products for frizziness and they either didn't work or worked for 1-day only. I gladly have subscribe to receive this amazing product. Thank you!

It feels very salesman like. They push products on you consistently. I wouldn’t try any of their skincare products but I did use the liquid collagen for about 6 months. It tastes good and did keep me full. It was easy to add to my water bottle every morning but in the end I went back to lemon powder fromVital for cost reasons. For the price I didn’t feel like it was adding enough benefits that I couldn’t get cheaper of the same quality. I have cancelled my subscription.

I tried the hair mask after I saw it several times on Facebook. I do feel like it makes my hair soft, but I wasn’t completely impressed as it shows in the videos. I also got the collagen and the vitamin gummy’s. I love love love the gummy‘s. They taste great and I notice a difference, unfortunately the collagen I did not like at all the taste is horrible and no matter what I mix it with I still can taste it
