Inconsistent with order. They lost my first order, and my first free gift never came. They messaged me after telling me it’ll come soon, then I get ANOTHER message saying it’s lost. So unprofessional!!!

From my humble perspective without prejudice. This product is a miracle and the only product I will advice anyone with the problem of wrinkles to use. To begin with, I noticed some wrinkles on my neck and upper lip area and seeing the advert on facebook, I decided to give it a trial. Just first application felt like a magic and on continuous use the wrinkles completely disappeared. I am hooked on the product. Initially though, I thought it might not work for me because I am from Africa. However, trial not only convinced me but solved my problem. Thank you for the Brain behind this product. I didn't take my before picture, I would have shared both before and after pictures.

Don't fall for their "free trial" they charge you the full amount when you order, they say it's just a hold but takes 5-7 business days to get it back in your account. No warning of this at all, have screenshots to prove this fact even if theu ever tried to deny it and emails. They can't cancel or reverse it either so I am very upset. Don't trust this company ever.

The liquid collagen had really helped to strengthen my nails. The pineapple taste is delicious.

Let me begin by saying I love every product I've gotten from Spoiled Child. Everything I've tried or currently use has been beneficial & the benefits were quickly realized. I ran out of Liquid Collagen (E27) a little over a month ago, due to a miscalculation on my part - I thought I had more in reserve. None found so I thought I'll take a month off & see what happens. I've been without it for right at a month & already my skin has gotten much drier with more blemishes popping up. I'm also seeing more hair loss like I did before I began taking this product. I began taking the liquid Collagen about 18 months ago & within the first 2 weeks noticed my skin was softer, more moisturized & dewy. And my hair! I began with hair just below my shoulders & now it's below my waist & still growing like a weed! I've even caught my hair in my zipper when putting on jeans! We live rurally & the nearest beauty salon or barber is 90 minutes away, so I just have a friend trim my hair every couple of months. She's been amazed at how quickly my hair grows now! And it was beginning to thicken until I quit taking the collagen! What a sad setback. That's why the notes on the products always say you must take it daily for best results. I can attest to that! My order arrived today, thank goodness, & I've already had my daily dose of youthful collagen. It will feel good to see the benefits again. One more point about the collagen- I've had terrible issues in my gut & was diagnosed with IBS about 8 months ago. I didn't think the collagen had contributed much, if anything toward helping with my "episodes" until I quit taking it this past month! It apparently helped quite a bit more than I had realized! That alone, is a reason to continue taking it. I'd also added the Apple Cider Vinegar + Probiotic Nutraceuticals Gummies (J29) & was really getting some relief. I'm still taking the gummies & now with the combination of gummies & collagen, I'm expecting to be back to my better self in no time. I also use the Anti-Aging Collagen Burst Serum (S33) on my face & chest. Just received the Biotin Boost Hair + Scalp Serum (A22) & the Shine Activator Hair Mask (A29). My next review will be all about my long tresses! I'm 67 now & can't believe I'm the same age as old people! I will never allow myself to get old. I'm aging in reverse now & quite content about it. As I said when I began this review - I love the Spoiled Child products! Everything I've tried or currently use has quickly shown results & been very nurturing to my skin, face & hair. I am a cancer survivor and am menopausal. Not a good mix for my hair! I figured I would give spoiled child a try. It seems to be helping to thicken my hair after just a week. I am hoping for new growth soon! I was very impress With their customer service! I received a faulty bottle and they sent me a new one right away! I hope the product works as well as their CS department! Thank you Melissa!

Last weekend I decided I was going to try one of their products, so I went in and did the order and there seemed to be an issue with my card through PayPal so I went in and used my debit card directly. All of a sudden I have almost $200 being held by this company, yes I knew there was a holding amount but it appears that I was charged four times two different large amounts and two small amounts. I expected one charge of $6.95 to start and then like 50 something to be held for the trial period which I was fine with, however I somehow ended up with nearly $200 as I said being held out of my account. I immediately contacted them and have been fighting with them all week and I'm still fighting with them to get them to release those funds. While l I did get the package Within 2 days I immediately returned it and they know this because they sent me the return authorization and the return label I then contacted them to let them know II sent their product back and they could look at the tracking number and confirm and that they needed to release my funds. Still not released as of right now. I went to the BBB website they have a C rating , they have a 189 complaints within the last 12 months. That says a lot to me I wish I would have checked there before I ordered from them. I have sent them numerous emails I would start a conversation with one person they would disappear I even got a text that I replied to I thought cool this is going to get resolved through text, nope, that person disappeared. Their customer service sucks and I mean in a big way, it's absolutely asinine. I should not have to wait this entire time for them to release the temporary hold account. I've sent them screenshots, I've done everything to prove that they need to release the funds and yet here we are a week later and it's still on hold. I am livid. I had foot surgery 3 weeks ago missed 2 weeks of work and they took the money that I needed to get through the week until I get paid. I've told them this I even got a "oh will send you a $40 gift certificate to use here for your trouble" well their gift certificates are not going to get me gas or food for the week. I have never dealt with such poor customer service in my life and I already told them I will blest them on every social platform that I will can. So unless you have extra money just sitting around that you don't mind being put on a temporary hold for them by all means go for it, however those of us that don't I suggest you avoid this company.

I have been using the Liquid Collagen product for nearly one year and have noticed a positive difference in my skin and joints. The taste is pleasing and can be taken without mixing into any other drink. Also, the bonus gifts that come with the product are a nice surprise and are always something that I can use!

I've used this product for about 2 weeks. My scalp and face has broken out terribly. I have not had a pimple in almost a year and in the last week I have about 20. Also, I have this itchy easy on my neck. I really wanted this to work, but the side effects are too much.

I’ve been using SpoiledChild E27 Collagen since February 2024 and I must say their collagen is amazing!!! I’ve noticed my facial wrinkles disappearing, trust me I’ve tried almost everything else and the E27 Collagen is the best and I couldn’t be happier! Somehow my August subscription did not get delivered to my house. I emailed customer service and Melissa answered me immediately and sent me another bottle of Collagen out! I started using the hair serum and hair mask. After using for about 10 days i developed rashes on my scalp and my scalp lymph nodes started to swell. I called on my doctor and he suggested to stop using this product. Within one week of stopping the product my rashes and lymph swelling went away. Do not buy this product until you consult your dermatologist

I purchase the anti-aging serum and lotion and all it did was dry my skin out so bad I'm still trying to treat it it was it still awful experience I thought about going to a dermatologist but I didn't do not buy this product do not trust this company the worst in a waste your money

Customer service is horrible. Before I got my first bottle I clicked on a deal they sent me saying I have 21 days to try and if I choose to keep it and do auto refill. I would get 20% forever off and free shipping with a luxe gift. I have screen shot proof. They switched it up saying that doesn't start until my next shipment and only 10% off and nothing about free shipping. I even sent them proof. So I canceled before my trial ended.

Not only are the products great, but I had an issue with one of my products not working properly (mechanical issue) and I talked to customer service regarding it. Not only did they respond back with a few minutes, they also fixed the situation as a whole. Best customer service that I’ve ever use, and amazing company as a whole. I recommend this company to anyone

The customer service is top notch. I was having an issue with the sprayer on my bottle and they have immediately sent me a new one! Can’t wait to try this product. I will definitely update my review after use.

Please read and share if you have the same experience. I have tried the their Collagen ( Mango and Pineapple) and the gummy. Both flavor tastes good and I noticed less bloating. However, since I started taking the collagen I have experienced heavy bleeding that I have to change few times a day. At first I thought I’m going through perimenopause. I took the collagen religiously for two months and the bleeding was non stop. Then I stopped taking the collagen, with the price I’m not seeing much of improvement I was looking for when I started the product. Lo and behold the bleeding stopped too ( coincidence?). It’s been about 2-3 months I discontinue taking the collagen. Last night, while cleaning the fridge I still have the last bottle with little bit left. I took the remaining dose, less than 10ml. This morning the bleeding is back and I’m passing big clots.

First let me start with their customer service. Exceptional !! I had subscribed to other companies for other collagen products and facial products and cancelled all of them and now purchase all my products through spoiled child. Love their products love their qualities.

I love the taste. I have been taking it for a few days but I'm alot less sore. It helps with my mobility.
