Great customer service

They asked all the right questions and made finding my own formula very easy! Hoping the supplement will be as fabulous as my first experience was!

Loved the quiz and how easy it was throughout my entire shopping and purchasing experience. I don’t like the ads however… I see them everywhere and it’s getting kind of annoying- please cut back on the ads.

My experience with Spoiled Child so far has been great. The website is beautiful. I like the cute find your products quiz. And i love the transparency with the ingredients. The ordering process was informative, yet exciting. And im super excited to try everything!!

C29 and I agent restoring moisturizerand A35 Anti-agent glycolic renewing serum are amazing! I love the E 27 liquid collagen mango. I mix it with a little bit of orange juice water and ice. The Hydro lock overnight lip mask is a little sticky, but I’ve used it quite a few times and I’m getting used to it. It does feel good and it does work nicely. I will be re-ordering that. What’s my next order? I will be ordering new things to dry. I am very happy with my purchases so far.

I give this a one star review only because I haven't even tried the product yet, but I was asked to write a review. I assumed it was based off of the customer service? I haven't dealt with customer service, either. Is this a technical glitch or something? Wouldn't it make more sense to wait until I have tried the product first?

Such an easy website to navigate and all the products I have tried are exceptional! I have somewhat quirky skin and the product was both effective on my acne and soothing as well!

I claimed a 20% coupon for a subscription, but I realized I was charged for only a 10% coupon. I will have to get in touch with customer service to know what I am actually being charged. I havent tried the product yet, but I hope I enjoy that.

This website seems very well put together and all the products have a benefit for you. I can't wait to get mine and see just how great they are!!!!

This rating is purely for the customer service side of this company. I haven’t received the product yet and, when I do, it will promptly be returned. They have put a hold on the funds in my account, despite the “free trial” promise. So far, for 8 days. Their correspondence is apologetic and condescending- but not in the least bit productive. I have no trust in Spoiled Child and will go to a more reliable company for my products.

so far the ordering experience has been easy and the reviews on the products have been informative so I placed an order and I hope that I enjoy the product.

I am livid with this company, My husband purchased a couple products for me to try. I liked it enough to repurchase but I can’t go on a subscription because I don’t live in the U.S full time. I did send email asking for a bulk purchase discount and that took 5 emails because they refused to actually read my question and just sent an auto response! Finally got a “no discount” response but I ordered anyway. Now, if I choose to not select a subscription offer then stop asking over and over! That’s annoying! Then upon check out I’m bombarded with other offers including a 20% off discount for the very product I just purchased!!! WTF! Then, I’m bombarded with emails saying I’ve been selected for a free trial of the very same product I just purchased!!! This is just bad business. Now I want to cancel my order which mind you was over 300 not including the first order. Then to top it off…after this review they ask you if you received a discount or have a relationship with the brand! lol. I am beyond turned off and disappointed. Perhaps you should adjust my total according to the offers you threw in my face,
