While I’ve been happy with the wired Sonos, this “portable” version essentially turned into a $500 brick after only a month or so of use. I attempted to contact Sonos to make it right (thinking maybe my unit happened to be a rare failure). Impossible to get anywhere with their customer service - totally ignored. Don’t buy any wireless from Sonos.
