Terrible customer service. I paid for a pair of ski boot covers they were received however the socks never arrived. I have emailed their help email in which is their ONLY contact form and NO one has replied to three emails over a two week period. I can't find any other way to reach them. So upset and disappointed with this company. If you sell something customers should be able to reach you and receive a reply. This does NOT seem to be the case with SNUX my boot covers were 88 and the shoes 36. They were two separate orders. I guess at least the boot covers showed. I was keen to try the socks but, doesn't look like I will be.
