These Extra Strength” gummies are definitely not playing around. Because they’re the more potent version, I’ve found that just one—or even half a gummy—is all it takes to completely knock me out for the night. The best part is how quickly they kick in. Within about 30 minutes, I can literally feel my body start to relax and the tension just melt away. It’s become the ultimate shortcut to a peaceful night’s sleep.
