Absolutely horrendous customer service. Made an order on the 28th November, chased it on 16th December, they said it hasn’t shipped yet because they were busy- I asked for tracking/update they didn’t reply. Started a new conversation on the 21st for them to not reply until the 23rd saying it hasn’t been processed and I missed Christmas delivery (it also still wasn’t shipped so they made no attempt to get it delivered for Christmas). I said it’s not good enough and I still hadn’t had any information about when I’d get my order and they refunded it without me asking for a refund. I still don’t have my order and they’re just so useless, I will never ever shop there again.

received a blanket as a gift from my SO from skinny dip! it is their miffy blanket, and it is sooooo soft. the quality is great, and i can see this traveling with me.

Please do not purchase from this company! I placed my order 3 weeks ago and it’s not even despatched yet. No proper response as when they do reply they avoid giving a proper update/answer! I explained to them that my daughter is autistic and she loves their products so these phone cases were her most anticipated birthday gift. Her birthday has now passed and I have a very upset girl and trying to explain to her is difficult. I’ve explained this and asked if they please update me asap so I can explain further to my girl. They are now ignoring me and I am looking to take this further through complaint and disputes. Poor poor lack of communication and I’ve been understanding that they’re busy and instead of the 3-5 day delivery I waited 7-10 days as stated 2 weeks ago but now I’m getting nothing. Jessica and Chloe both just tell you the basic generic 7-10 day wait over and over but after 21 days this is obviously giving the run around Won’t be purchasing again. Very disappointed in this company we used to love!
