I love my skin+me subscription. The tretinoin Daily Doser is amazing, but my skin didn't love the accompanying wash and moisturiser. I cancelled my subscription for the other bits, but was still charged and had it shipped to me. Customer service were really helpful in getting me a refund, so although the website/ordering system has some issues going on, skin+me were super quick to correct, and mega helpful. I've been using the tretinoin for 7 months now, and there's definitely been a huge change in my skin. I get considerably fewer cystic acne breakouts, and the patches of acne I do get heal quicker and don't scar. I'm super impressed with this service, and will continue to use. I wish that the composition of the moisturiser/face wash was available on the site though.

It would be great if the dispenser was somehow refillable, it seems quite wasteful to throw away such a beautifully designed and personalised tube after only a month! 

I'm in month 2 so far and whilst I haven't been mindblown by the results, I've definitely seen results and will be continuing my subscription. I like that this brand gives customers access to prescription level ingredients without the need to wait months (or pay £££) for a dermatologists appointment. The dispenser is really innovative in that it dispenses the exact amount necessary so you don't waste any product, but also don't use too much which can cause sensitivity. 

I can't really find an issue with Skin & Me. 

I've suffered with acne since my teenage years and I've never found a product that's helped. I've used so many different products over the years. Many expensive, full of plastic or stripped my skin causing damage.
I was having a crazy acne breakout and up popped Skin & Me. I thought "what have I got to lose!?". I felt confident ordered as they use dermatologists and create a personal treatment for your skin needs, which can be updated when needed. I also ordered the cleanser and moisturiser alongside my personal treatment. I love the texture of the cleanser. It's like a balm and goes on the skin so smoothly. It's very gentle and doesn't irritate my face. I found out I didn't need to use as much moisturiser as I would normally would to get the same hydrated feeling. A little goes a long way.
The personal treatment, even after a few days, made me skin feel smoother. Sadly, I wasn't able to afford to carry on with the subscription after the first month so never got to experience the full effects of Skin & Me.

This really simplified my skincare routine and gave me confidence all the ingredients are breastfeeding safe. 

It hasn’t dramatically changed my skin but I’ve better results than with other products and I have continued my prescription. 

I have found it lasts a little longer that the 30 days. 

Just want to begin by saying that I know this works for well for some people, but this is my personal experience with it. I started skin+me in Jan because I had mild acne on one of my cheeks - it wasn’t too severe, it just had been bothering me for some time so I wanted to try something new. When I started using the daily doser, my acne got considerably worse. I knew that purging was normal so waited for about 3 months, then when I saw that it wasn’t getting any better I got in touch with my prescriber who reassured me it was normal and I should see results soon. I continued to see zero results, and in fact my skin remained considerably worse than before I started. I contacted my prescriber several times to express my concerns but was told to keep trying. By May (so 5 months) I decided that it was not worth the money, especially as it was causing me distress on a daily basis. I cancelled my subscription and went back to my old skincare routine. Within days of doing this, my skin began to clear up. Ultimately, I would suggest to anyone trying skin+me to listen to your skin rather than the prescribers because it doesn’t work for everyone. Attached is a photo of my skin whilst using the daily doser, which I was told was normal.

Been using skin + me for 3 years and could not recommend the brand more, the transition and built up has been seamless and my skin has looked flawless since 3 months after starting to use it! 

I have only been using the skin+me treatment for 1 month, so I will update this or write a new review as time goes on.

I’m pregnant, and this has been a god send for my hormonal skin!!

I’ve never had bad uncontrollable skin, but do have breakouts certain times of the month, or when wearing heavy make-up after a break, pollution etc.. but it can be very dry and uneven. I was using another well known skincare brand (face masks, cleaners and moisturisers) for around 3 years without issues, but around 4 weeks into my pregnancy my skin was the worst I’ve seen it since I was a teenager! I would have breakouts constantly throughout the day, my skin was sore and dry, but also oily. What ever I was used to using wasn’t helping and maybe even making it worse. 

I searched for skincare that’s safe to use during pregnancy, and skin+me came up. After filling out the info, I was prescribed a daily doser that included ingredients safe for pregnancy and breastfeeding, but missed out anything that could be harmful. 

Once I received my daily doser, my paranoid brain had to contact the skin+me team, just to confirm that it was safe to use in my situation and they responded within 24 hours and was very helpful! 

Since using the products (daily doser, cleanser and moisturiser), my skin feels normal again, I still have breakouts here and there, but they are less frequent. My skin has stopped feeling dry and sore too! I’m looking forward to seeing more results as time goes on!
