Seven Sundays is one of those cereals that just feels like a little upgrade to your morning. The flavours are really balanced, not too sweet, and the texture is so good. It keeps me full and doesn’t leave me feeling sluggish, which is a big win. Definitely part of my regular rotation now.
Seven Sundays cereals are unique because they offer clean alternatives to traditional cereal. I tried the sunflower cereal and was very impressed. The flavor was enjoyable but not overpowering, and I liked the health aspect of the sunflower cereal.

The crispy texture and delicious flavor it is the best breakfast. These are so delicious and also nostalgic to my childhood love of cereal. Yet they are clean AND good for. Just another product to love from the amazing Seven Sundays brand. Most recommended.
My boyfriend's favorite cereal brand, has to have the cocoa one in the house at all times. He says it takes him back to eating one of those chocolate cereals from when he was a kid. Those just taste artificial and sugary, which make him feel guilty, while Seven Sundays' cereal is the right amount of sweet and feels better for its clean ingredients. It's yummy to the point that we can go through a bag in a day. The majority of the time we have it straight from the bag, but we when we eat it with milk it's usually with a protein shake to increase our protein intake (one serving of just the cereal solo has 5g). Only con is that it's expensive, between $9-$6 a bag depending on the grocery store so whenever I see it on sale or on clearance I buy as many as I can.
