I walk a lot in the city, and since the onset of Autumn, started wearing waterproofed leather ankle boots. Unfortunately my (high) arches started aching. Last week they moved from achy to excruciating: stabbing pains in instep. Did some research and discovered that it was likely due to inflexible and rigid soles that transmit most of the impact from hard surfaces into the foot. Who knew? On to local sport shop where I found these: I can’t believe how much immediate relief I experienced. They have very flexible soles and excellent cushioning. My feet were very, very happy.

I have bought powerun. I normally have 36, but I need to buy 37. They were not very comfortable at the beginning. My feet just become numb after running for 20mins since the middle part is very tight. But after a while, these shoes became the most comfortable shoes I have ever had. They support my feet very well so my feet do not become tired quickly. Only the shape of the shoes look a bit ridiculous :) The front is a bit too wide. I like wide. but I think they still have too wide front :) So when I bought Ride 18. I had to return them because the front looked so chunky and I am not very big and tall person.
Love love love their running shoes. They work great for my feet and feel great. I always know what I am getting when it comes to Saucony. I have used the Kinvarra and the Endorphine (speed, and pro) and love both.
