  • I regret my Sabai couch. The cushion has to be frequently flipped and rotated because it has no recovery. I have had my Sabai for 7 months. I had a $450 couch from Raymour and Flanigan Outlet that I had for three years and was comfortable the entire time I had it.

  • We LOVE our new couch in blue velvet. It was easy to assemble, the color is rich and beautiful, and the couch is really comfortable—it's on the firmer side, which I personally prefer. I love this company's commitment to sustainability and the lengths it will go to live up to that value—by providing replacement pieces, by helping you re-sell in their marketplace... I'm really impressed by this company.

Switch shipping providers, if you can! Not Sabai's fault, but FedEx historically has been painfully finicky for me. For this particular thing, the original ETA was Mon 5/8, which then changed to Sat 5/6, then became Pending until it showed up on Tue 5/9. It kept us on our toes, but not in a good way—we needed to make sure one of our household was home at all times *just in case* the couch came, and it was awfully inconvenient.

  • Had to pay for shipping but otherwise the process was really painless!! Ordered my sectional online and it was on my doorstep in 5 weeks exactly. I appreciate that they don't use any plastic or excess material in their packaging but it made me a little nervous when opening the boxes (made me worry a bit). Assembly was a dream — their videos were super clear and I was able to do it all alone. After three months, the sofa has held up really well! The covers have been really easy to clean and it really strikes a nice balance between looking clean and being comfortable.

The packaging definitely made me a little nervous — I live in California so thankfully there was no rain but if the boxes got wet I could see the product getting soaked.
