This is my first Rugs USA order and I am beyond thrilled. 10/10 no notes. Exceeded my expectations. UPDATE TO SAY THE RETURN PROCESS WAS A BREEZE (returned a separate rug, not the one below. Will be ordering the Patricia Jute in a different size. I WAS REFUNDED, ONCE THE SCAN HIT FED EX, IMMEDIATELY! Purchased for a neutral bedroom and the first thing I exclaimed was, “This is so soft and plush on the feets!” I did not purchase it for the washable factor, I just enjoyed the design. Once to know I have the option. I have purchased similar rugs from higher end brands and am so regretful I did not discover this sooner. Will be a repeat customer.
