The cheese has a nice softness to it, so I would say "melty" is accurate. I love that they add the recommendations on the package for recipes. I love that there is no natural or artificial flavouring, the ingredients just come together to taste amazing. Good price for what you get. My new go-to.

I melted the tomato basil havarti in with my pasta. The flavor is mild and creamy, somewhere between mozzarella and cheddar with a softer texture. It can be softened if you want something spreadable or you can use it in pasta, caprese salad, etc. The ingredients are simple and wholesome.
